Hi! I'm currently looking to move in the Sydney area late July this year. I'm a quiet but friendly person and I clean up after myself. I usually don't use the kitchen very much anyway. My biggest hobbies are probably gaming and drawing so I'm definitely not the sort of person to have big loud parties or anything. I'm an approachable and easy-going person and I've never had issues with tenants or landlords in the past. I'm pretty flexible with most things - the only thing I really require is a private bedroom with minimal furnishing but I don't mind sharing any other rooms or abiding by preexisting house rules. Being close to a train station would be great and I would also really prefer high-speed NBN internet or at least plans to have it installed when it becomes available. Let me know if you think I'd be a good fit! Happy to answer any further questions you have about me too.
I’m tidy, respectful, responsible and down to earth. Open to having a chat but I also give people space. I’m interested in music, the Arts, nature, cooking, comedy and Education. I am currently songwriting and working towards releasing an Ep (album).I teach music to children 4 days a week, do life modelling on Fridays at The Royal Art Society and rehearse in the city some nights/on weekends. Looking to move in with clean, easygoing and kind people. Environmental awareness and healthy, natural ways of living is a plus as I am interested and passionate in keeping the environment healthy by minimising waste. Looking forward to hearing from you ✨✨🌞🌞
Creative, friendly vegetarian seeks a light-filled room in a house with awesome humans..... Key Points About me: - 29 (30 in February) - Lactose Intolerant Vegetarian (so I pretty much eat vegan) - Working part-time in Marketing - Studying full time at UNSW (Sociology and Media Comms) - Non-smoker, Drug-Free, Social Drinker - Plants, just lots of plants What I'm looking for: - Max budget of 270 excl bills - Smoke Free Household - Preferably Vegetarian - Medium to large sized room 3x4 - Friendly adult household - LGBTQIA+ Friendly Hello potential housemate, I am on the hunt for my next long term inner west location. I have been living in Newtown for almost two years and love the inner west community! I have been working full-time in Marketing for a few years now but have made the choice this year to study full time at UNSW and am now working part-time. I love cooking, live music, art and hiking. With some great friends in the area, I love to host dinner parties occasionally and cook for everyone including the people I'm living with. I am not the kind of person to hold ragers at the house, so ideally you are the same. I play the guitar and sing but try to do it when no one is home (I'm shy) but welcome fellow creatives into my world. I would love to find some housemates that I can have a great relationship with and have healthy boundaries and mutual respect. Communication in a household is huge for me, No passive aggressiveness or disrespect. Everyone has different living standards and it is important that everyone feels comfortable within the household from both ends of the spectrum. No one wants to feel like they are living with their mother but also do not want to live in squalor. I already have a lot of furniture and home appliances which could fill a small house so if anyone is looking to team up and create a new inner west sharehouse with a long term rental agreement I would love that! Alternately I can store my additional furniture at my dad's house. So if you too are looking to create an inner west utopia filled with good humans and quality living then please contact me!
Hey, I'm Jackie. I'm 24 male, currently living in NZ but I need to move to Sydney soon for work. I'm easy to get along with. Most days I'll be at work 9-5. In my spare time, I like to read, play some video games, go to the gym or hang out with friends. I work at Uber. The Uber Sydney office is in CBD so I'm looking for a place preferably close to the train station. Also looking for a long term stay. Other than that I'm pretty easy. I'm looking to move to Sydney around early-mid July. I'm pretty flexible with moving dates. If you think you have a place suitable for me, feel free to give me a message. Cheers, Jackie
Hi! I'm a 24 year old female currently working as a receptionist at a vet clinic in the inner west. I'm originally from California but have been living in Sydney for the past 8 years. I like reading, binge watching TV shows, riding horses, dog walking, and going to gigs. I'd make a great housemate cause I love to keep a tidy place and I'm respectful of other people's needs/space. I'm generally pretty chill, so not looking for a party house just somewhere to relax and hang out with my roommates occasionally :)
Hi all, My name's Anna. I'm 28, a non-smoker, single and work in marketing four days a week. I have an 11 year old Australian bulldog, Shadow. She's very friendly, toilet trained, and never barks (ever). I'm currently living in Ashfield but am looking to move out of shared accomodation and into a studio/granny flat. Would love a granny flat with a small backyard for Shadow to stay in during the day. Thanks! Anna
Hey there, Animator working at Fox Studios until early December. Quite, clean professional from QLD. Home owner myself so I understand the importance of respecting the property and people's space.
I am an easy going 28yo with interests in arts & culture, design and photography. I like to have my own space, but also want to be able to get together with housemates. I want to have the flexibility and freedom when living with others as well as mutual respect for common areas. I've travelled around the world a bit so I am capable of looking after myself. I'm outgoing, a great talker, and love to get to know new people! I enjoy going to art galleries, trying out new foods & film photography. I work full time as a designer in North Sydney, so I'm also looking for a comfortable commute.
I love living in a tidy house with relaxed and fun people who enjoy a glass of wine and a chat. I’ve lived in the UK for about 8 years before arriving back in Sydney one year ago. I work in events, love movies and will eat almost anything if it’s wrapped in pastry.
Hey Hey, I'm Milly - 19 year old creative who works in film. I'm looking for a cool space with like minded people to move in with. I'm tidy, reliable and love a good yarn and wine on a sunny arvo.
Hey hey, my name is Kurtis and I am looking for a new home in the inner west - and for a new house family that is up for laughs, drinks, and also down time (when needed). I am actually looking to relocate from Rozelle so I am very familiar with the area - absolutely love it and have been labeled as "very inner west" - whatever that means. So I guess I am looking for others super passionate where they live and anyone who gets excited to call the house, home. I am currently studying my Master of Architecture at UNSW and working part time at an architecture firm here in Sydney and another job at some fancy showroom. I am tidy, clean, super talkative and friendly, but I am also someone who likes time to themselves (especially with uni). On off days I work out, run, typically study, read, sing badly, listen to music, go to gigs, and just chill out. I love animals so am easy with pets, and am a father to two indoor plants so if you have those on offer that is a plus. I am extremely open minded and love a chat about anything over a beer, a wine, or both?? Maybe not both. Hopefully I am a good fit - let me know!
Hi 😊 I’m a single person who is looking for a clean, tidy and quiet place to live, sharing with others who have similar values - respect, good communication etc. I work in management in the NFP sector and are passionate about my work. I tend to work decent hours during the week and will be working from home around 1-2 days a fortnight. I’m an easygoing person, like to cook and be sociable, as well as enjoy my own solitude. I do yoga, enjoy the beach and catching up with friends. I get along with people of all ages but would prefer others around their 40’s/50’s. Happy to chat to see if we get along!
