- Business owner in the arts (I work from home and travel for work as well), I also host events as a second job.
- I respect my space and the people in it! Easy to communicate with, I care about the state of the shared space and the standards and preferences of my house mates, and appreciate the same in return. I prioritise keeping a clear, warm, safe, harmonious, and genuinely enjoyable home to be in! I do smoke but keep it respectful/outside. Happy to live independently but it would be ideal to live with people I love to be around!

Preferably seeking:
- Either a studio/granny flat/one-bedroom OR team up with 1-3 women to make an all women sharehouse!
- $250-$350 budget.
- To move mid February (6 or 12 month lease).
- Location: Anywhere in or neighbouring the Sydney CBD (some flexibility here).
- A great park or body of water nearby!
- Nearby train station, and if not, a bus stop.
- People who reset a space after using it and are easy to communicate with regarding the home.
