I’m 28, an Aussie from the countryside (north west NSW), and have lived in Sydney for the last 5+ years.
I work full time in North Sydney in marketing / PR! I love what I do!
I live in a cute terrace in Paddington now but feel I have outgrown the space after being here for 3 years. I have furniture (lounge, table & chairs, lots of kitchen stuff, TV, etc).
I am a big fan of the beach so would ideally love to move closer to the water!
I have a car, but have dealt with off street parking for the last 5+ years so am okay without a space - that’s more a bonus!!
I am clean, and respectful of my roomies space, but won't say no to a glass of wine or two, or cooking dinner together. I generally am out quite a few week nights - seeing friends, work or volunteering. In saying that, I won’t be coming home late and noisy.
I love to cook (I am vegetarian, but I won't make you become one if you do not want to), so would love a place with a decent kitchen. In an ideal world, I’d love a space I could host a dinner party (an occasion not a regular event). I love the water, the environment, and try to stay relatively active/healthy.
I am looking for a long term place that can become a home! Some of my past housemates have become best mates so looking for values alignment, and a space where everyone feels comfortable.
