I work in building and compliance and have a pretty steady routine.

Outside of work I’m into sport, travel, good coffee and getting outdoors for a walk. I’m also a huge dog lover, so any house with a dog is definitely a bonus. I’m friendly and always happy to have a chat or a casual drink, but I also really value a calm, respectful home and my own downtime.

At home I’m clean, tidy and considerate with noise and shared spaces. I clean as I go, pay bills on time and try to be easy to communicate with. I’m pretty low-fuss day to day and like living somewhere that feels relaxed, comfortable and well looked after.

I’m looking for either my own place, or to live with someone who is considerate, clean, friendly and easy to get along with.
