Hi guys, I'm 30 years old professional who works full-time in Finance (in CBD). I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now. I would call myself very clean and tidy person (have a bit of OCD with cleanliness) and respect other's privacy. I prefer quiet and chill weekends to recharge my energy as i usually work long hours during the week, and I am definitely not a party person. However, don't mind to have a glass of wine and share daily news with my flatmate after a hard day's work. I don't like to cook, so you will rarely see me in the kitchen. In case if you need a reference, my current flatmate with whom I've been living since i came to Australia, I believe wouldn't mind to provide some feedback. The reason for me to leave the current place is due to our apartment being sold. What I am looking for: - 1 Flatmate who has a full-time job, tidy and nice. - My budget is $350 (incl bills). - Need own bathroom. - My place needs to be near the train station. - I will move in on 11th of August’18. If you have any questions, just send me a message. Thank you!!
I work as a Marketing Director during the day. In my down time I like to play tennis and squash, explore beaches and walks around Sydney, enjoy a decent wine, and (I won't lie...) occasionally slob on the sofa to watch movies :) I am clean, tidy and respectful of your privacy. I'm a non smoker and have no pets. Looking anywhere either on a train line to North Sydney or close by. I can move in whenever and flexible on budget for the right place.
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
I am polite, respectful, friendly, open-minded, and always happy for a chat. I love sports (all kinds but specific interest in futsal and badminton), and music. Also, I am into game nights and Netflix binging, but also need and understand the need for some space and alone time.
I'm Allan, 30-years old, work full time in video production in the CBD. I'm pretty laid back, and I usually keep to myself after work hours, but I do enjoy having chats on the couch over a drink, or sharing dinner round the table. Weekends I might be out half the time or at home relaxing/reading/playing games. If you have a movie night I'll be there. Also if you have any board games I'd love to try them out. Room would need to have a built-in wardrobe. I have bedroom furniture as well as a small desk & computer so it would be great to squeeze these in my bedroom. I also recently bought a brand new fridge and washing machine, so I'd love to bring these if possible. I have other furniture if need be (couch, dining set), but that stuff I'd be more willing to part with.
Hi, my name is Fabian and I am an exchange postgraduate student at Macquarie University from July through November. Originally, I am from Munich but currently I am living in Vienna where I study finance at the University of Vienna. I would describe myself as quite uncomplicated, clean and easy to get along with. During my time in Sydney, I intend to spend most time studying and discovering Australia. Although, I keep to myself most of the time, I like going out for a beer or having a good time with friends. Preferably, I'd like to share a house/flat with other students or people around my age. I'm came to Sydney on the 19th of July and would like to move in ideally before the 26th of July. I am looking for a flat near Macquarie University or in an area that's not too far from campus or which has a good connection via train or bus to uni. It would be great If you are interested or have any questions, leave me a message! 😊
I'm a part-time worker in a dispute resolution team in a call centre, and I'm studying my Masters at Macquarie University part-time. In my spare time, I train in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and I enjoy watching movies and docos on Netflix. I love meeting new people and socialising, but I also enjoy my down time/alone time when I am at home, as it is generally my time to relax and unwind. Looking to move into a place for at least 4-6 months, possibly longer. Flexible as to when I can move in - but would prefer sooner rather than later. I am also interested in teaming-up and moving out into a 3 or 4 bedroom place with my sister (age 22, works full-time as a nurse) (so, looking for a third/fourth person or a couple who may be interested). Our budget is approx. 200-220 each, and looking for people who have a budget of between 250-300 or so (and would like the bigger bedrooms in a house). :)
I'm an open hearted psychology student from Germany, looking for an accomodation during my exchange semester at Macquarie University. I would love to find flatmates who like to hang out together, but also respect privacy. I love travelling, running, tennis and swimming. I'm a clean flatmates and I like to cook, especially together with my future flatmates ;)
I'm a 25 year old marketing professional enrolled at Macquarie University's Management program. I'm looking for a shared apartment/town house with a private furnished room. I'm open minded and easy to get along with. I like a clean and tidy place and am always willing to help keep it that way. My hobbies include photography, swimming, listening to music, watching football and comic TV shows/ movies. Feel free to ping me to know more!
Hello! I am looking for a room on the lower north shore of Sydney. I work full time in the city. I am a very clean and tidy flatmate and respectful of others. I am considerate of others and keep noise to a minimum (especially at night if others are trying to sleep). I love the outdoors and love nature and like to spend my days off going for runs/exercising/working out and spending time at the beach. I am fairly health conscious and like to eat healthy and look after my body. I don’t like to drink very much or have too late of a night and i value my sleep alot. A tidy and clean house is also very important to me. I would like to live with flatmates of a similar nature :) Chat soon! Sarah
I'm a teacher who enjoys the outdoors (netball, hiking, kayaking). I'm easy going, clean, reliable with rent. Keep to myself but also enjoy being social. Not looking for a party house.
Male 'professional' working full-time in North Sydney - tidy/clean and a good sense of humour. Originally from New Zealand, but have been in Sydney for almost two years. I equally enjoy being social (e.g., beer, sport, dinner, chat) and my own space/time (often coupled with TV or a movie).
I am a full time nurse looking for a place to share with 1-2 people, preferably female. I am easy going, friendly and respectful. I work full time from Mon to Fri so I prefer to have a quiet time at home but always up for a chat (: I am also tidy and neat and non smoker. I'm up for a team up if you have a good place to share too, please message me for more information!
I'm a young, fun and super busy professional moving down from Brisbane for a job opportunity. I'm going to be working full-time in Marketing/Comms and completing my degree (Marketing and Film) part-time, so I'll be super busy during the week but down for a drink and a good yarn on the weekend. I'm looking for a dynamic household and like-minded roommates (ie. future friends), as I've never lived in Sydney before. I'm a really good cook and appreciate a clean living space, so will definitely carry my weight in terms of cleanliness (and also cook up a little family feast every now and then). I'm looking at starting with a 6 month lease just to get a feel for the city, but I am moving to Sydney indefinitely, so there's nothing stopping me from staying longer if things work out!
I have a Scottish accent, am sure you will get to understand me. Originally born in Sydney. Great sense of humour, professional, easy to get along with. I will be working full time and studying part-time at Meadowbank TAFE. Ideally I would like to be around transport lines. I have lived in shared accommodation before, I know when and where to keep to my business. I am very polite, have great manners, can easily become friends. Budget is negotiable/flexible. Don't mind a drink or two...or three ;-) Not really fussy about rooms etc....would need a desk for my studies. Thanks inadvance

That sort of thing. I've lived with peeps before during my time at Uni. I'm clean, happy to compromise, and considerate of the folks I live with.
Hi 😀 I work in a full time, permanent, professional role and am looking for a new place to stay. My current housemate is moving interstate which is a pity because he was awesome!! I am friendly, respectful and keep shared spaces tidy. I love a good chat but love my own time too. I spend lots of my time eating out with friends and in my bedroom relaxing. I am looking to live with laid back people. I think that I make a great housemate! I was born in Australia but have an Asian background
I am an easy going man with good sense of humor. Love hanging out with friends, going out to have a drink or visiting beaches. Love music.
My friend and I have been roomies for a year and we’re pretty easygoing people; we’re both neat and tidy and respectful of people’s privacy. Both of us are working students so we are generally quiet people but we do go out and socialise too :)
My name is Ronan, I work as a business analyst in a software company in Chatswood. Looking for a sharehouse with similar minded working professionals. I like my own space but am happy to have a chat now and again in my free time. Sports mad! Weekends are spent either playing or watching sports.
We are a Brazilian couple looking for a place close to the city. We have preference for the north side, but if the flat is beautifull and confortable we will take in consideration for sure. We´re very tidy and organized. Pedro is a master degree student and part time worker and Juliana is a full-time worker. Our preferable flatmate is a english native speaker and the maximum we can share is one person or a couple.
