I’m a mechanical draftsperson/ 3D modeller. I work full time in the city. Aiming to work 1 day from home a week!

I am looking for a bedroom that can fit a queen bed and my desk 🙏 (furnished bedroom not required).

I’d love to live in a friendly home environment, hopefully share a meal or drink together from time to time, however I am very respectful of people’s spaces. I will be in the city till evenings during the weekdays and sometimes away on weekends.

A place with my own bathroom would be preferred or if sharing, only with one other is good too. I’m currently living alone so can contribute large fridge, washing machine, small dining table if required.

Looking to move in mid July but will happy to move sooner if the right place is available ☺️ thank you x
