House proud shift worker- so really, your perfect housemate! I'm an outgoing, bubbly Nurse with plenty of personality to suit! I have lived out of home both by myself and with flatmates for over 8 years so well and truly house trained. As mentioned am very house proud so rest assured I am more than happy to pitch in with household cleaning! Am a very sociable human, Love food, footy, banter over a glass of wine or 2 but also love my downtime! I work full time but also study on the side so i'm rarely ever home! In my spare time I love running and just spending as much time with my friends as I can! Feel free to msg me for a coffee! Am looking to move from end of July/early August as this is when my lease has finished!
UPDATE Hi everyone! My name is Mirjam and I am originally from Austria. I have been living in Brisbane for the last 2+ years but am moving to Sydney on the 1st of June for an exciting job opportunity in the CBD as Marketing Officer. My boyfriend Aaron is coming as well in the middle of June for a job as a Speech Pathologist and we are looking for a nice place to stay. We are a very relaxed couple and like to keep shared spaces clean. We are very sociable (though we do like our time by ourselves as well - ambivert style) and would be very happy to share a flat with locals or people that have been in Sydney for a while and can share all of the city's little secrets. We are also interested in finding just a studio for ourselves. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to cats so I can't stay in a household with them. Regarding our interests, we both like to read, watch Netflix, working out, play Go and going out on occasion (though I'm not a big drinker). We are more of the stay at home, play board games and cook together sort of people and would love to find some fellow boardgame lovers! *IMPORTANT* - I am arriving by the 1st of June and would then like to spend two weeks looking at places and finding a good fit, so I can move in by the middle of June, soon after which my boyfriend will follow. - My little brother (16) is coming to visit for a month in July, so we need a place where it is okay for him to stay with us (same room or on a couch) during that time. - Sometimes friends might come to visit for a few days, so it would be nice if they can stay too.
Hi I'm a French student (engineering) in internship until the beginning of August. I'm very calm and clean. I've been 3 months in a Homestay family I will be pleased to share some good moments with you ✌🏻
Hi! My name is Ida, I’m a 29 year old interior architect. I currently live in a studio apartment in Kirribilli/ North Sydney, but as I’m going back to Uni to finish my masters in architecture later this year (working full time now) I need to find something cheaper soon. However, I have a cat - Theodore. He is an indoor Siamese cat that you won’t even notice! So if Theodore is allowed or can be considered, I’d love to come see the room on offer Looking forward being your new housemate!
I am a PhD student of UTS commencing my research on Quantum AI from July 2019, under the supervision of Chris Ferrie (the Author of the famous book《Quantum Physics for Babies》). Graduated with a Masters degree in Physics from The University of Queensland, I have lived in Brisbane for two years. In my spare time I enjoy play piano and do a bit of composing and songwriting. Check my Facebook timeline for my music :) (My full name is Yidong Liao) As a flatmate I would be clean, quiet and respectful. Ideally I am looking for a waterfront place with good view to live. Keen to join in a great sharehouse or team up to take a wonderful apartment from agent. I will be arriving in Sydney in late June and hopefully the lease could start from July for a long term (6 or 12 month ish). If you would like to know more about me, pls message me. Have a good one :)
I'm a chill and easy going guy. Work most of the day Monday to Fri in the city. Like to go home and kick back watch Netflix during the week, and go hit up the beach and some drinks on the weekends. I like going for ocean swims, playing the bass and guitar.
Hi! We’re a British couple and both 24. We’re both working Monday to Friday 9-5 office jobs in Sydney and are looking for a room to rent for up to the next 6 months. My background is in Biology and Chris’s is in Sports development. We’ve been travelling and working for the last 12 months in Ghana, South East Asia and Australia and hope to make it to New Zealand before we head back to the UK. We love to travel, go to the beach, hike, socialise and have BBQ’s. We do have a car so there would need to be parking somewhere in the area (street or off street is fine).
Hi, I'm Idan, I'm 25 years old from Israel. I am moving to Sydney to work as a programmer for Amazon Web Services. I would like to live with flatmates to save money and meet new people. I am very clean and quite. I like to read, do outdoor sports and cook occasionally.
Hello! I’m Duncan, from Scotland and I am relocating to Sydney from Melbourne. I received permanent residency to Australia last year which is exciting and I am moving to set up home in Sydney to enjoy the healthy, fit, active, outdoor & beach lifestyle. Being from an island off the coast of Scotland I love the outdoors and being close to the sea. I am currently at home in Scotland visiting and will be moving to Sydney in June. I work as an architect and will also be looking for a new job when I arrive. My work will be full time Mon – Fri. I am looking for a private room in an apartment/ house with 1 or 2 others. Also keen on teaming up with others to find a great place to live. I value cleanliness and comfort, fun and people who respect their home as a place to relax and to give each other their privacy at times, but also enjoy a few drinks together, socializing and going out at the weekend or exploring somewhere different in and around Sydney. I need to be close to good transport connections, living somewhere spacious with plenty of natural light preferably close to the sea and beaches. Duncan
