Hi guys, I'm 30 years old professional who works full-time in Finance (in CBD). I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now. I would call myself very clean and tidy person (have a bit of OCD with cleanliness i think) and respect other's privacy. I prefer quiet and chill weekends to recharge my energy as i usually work long hours during the week, and I am definitely not a party person. However, don't mind to have a glass of wine and share daily news with my flatmate after a hard day's work. I don't like to cook, so you will rarely see me in the kitchen. In case if you need a reference, my current flatmate with whom I've been living since i came to Australia, I believe wouldn't mind to provide some feedback. The reason for me to leave the current place is due to our apartment being sold. What I am looking for: - 1 Flatmate who has a full-time job, tidy and nice. - My budget is $350 (incl bills). - Need own bathroom. - My place needs to be near the train station. - Will move in on 11th of August, 2018. If you have any questions, just send me a message. Thank you!!
Hi, I'm Pridhvi. I've been living in Sydney for over 6 months now. I've come here on a work visa from India and I'm working full time for an analytics firm in CBD. A bit about myself: I'm a very laid back person, respectful of boundaries but always up for a chat/drink or two. I'm quite athletic if I say so myself, up for most physical activities. I play/watch football (the English kind), table tennis and a bit of the cricket. I'll be working from 9-7 Monday-Fridays and will be free on the weekends and generally explore Sydney and surrounding areas. When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me binging on TV shows/movies etc. I'm quite knowledgeable in all kinds of films and always up for taking/giving suggestions. I keep myself/surroundings tidy and am quite ready to share household chores. I'm looking for a private room in a share house preferably starting from around early August.
25, male from Mumbai, recently relocated to Sydney for work. The silent kind with a respect of people's privacy but fun to hang out with once opened up! Soccer fanatic! Looking forward to meeting a great bunch of people.
I am an easy going man with good sense of humor. Love hanging out with friends, going out to have a drink or visiting beaches. Love music.
My friend and I have been roomies for a year and we’re pretty easygoing people; we’re both neat and tidy and respectful of people’s privacy. Both of us are working students so we are generally quiet people but we do go out and socialise too :)
My name is Ronan, I work as a business analyst in a software company in Chatswood. Looking for a sharehouse with similar minded working professionals. I like my own space but am happy to have a chat now and again in my free time. Sports mad! Weekends are spent either playing or watching sports.
We are a Brazilian couple looking for a place close to the city. We have preference for the north side, but if the flat is beautifull and confortable we will take in consideration for sure. We´re very tidy and organized. Pedro is a master degree student and part time worker and Juliana is a full-time worker. Our preferable flatmate is a english native speaker and the maximum we can share is one person or a couple.
Hi, my name is Fabian and I am an exchange postgraduate student at Macquarie University from July through November. Originally, I am from Munich but currently I am living in Vienna where I study finance at the University of Vienna. I would describe myself as quite uncomplicated, clean and easy to get along with. During my time in Sydney, I intend to spend most time studying and discovering Australia. Although, I keep to myself most of the time, I like going out for a beer (typical Bavarian 😉) or having a good time with friends. Preferably, I'd like to share a house/flat with other students. I'm coming to Sydney on the 19th of July and would like to move in ideally before the 26th of July. I am looking for a flat near Macquarie University or in an area that's not too far from campus or which has a good connection via train or bus to uni. It would be great If you are interested or have any questions, leave me a message! 😊
Hi There, My name is Shwetha. I've been in Sydney for over 2 years working at a Finance firm in a managerial role. Originally from Bangalore, India, Sydney is my second home and always will be, My flatmate has decided to move in with her partner of 5 years and, even though i will miss her dearly, it is time for me to spread my wings and move out of our amazing share house :) Looking to share a house/apartment with other professionals of similar age. Flatmates who enjoy a drink or two over the weekend but have their own lives as well. I respect personal space, privacy and am not a massive party person (wake up early to go to work with late hours in the office from time to time). Looking forward to finding an equally amazing flatmate :) Cheers, Shwetha
I am a considerate flatmate, I respect other's property, privacy and quiet times. I am also sociable if you want to hang out, watch a movie or have a great convo with a glass of wine. I take pride in my surroundings, clean and tidy. I am into fitness and healthy habits - so it feels super awesome when I can indulge in my guilt free chocolate, salami and cheese at times. Love to cook but only occupy the kitchen 2 times a week. I don't smoke and only drink on occasion, socially. I am looking for a quiet place, at least quiet between 10PM - 7PM on any day. Definitely no street facing bedrooms, crying babies, any other constant noise pollution, please. I have been sleeping with earplugs in the past 4 months, I wish not having to do that any more in my home. I am searching for a rental till mid-December only. This is only because I will be away for 5 weeks and don't want to pay full rent as I would rather spend it on Mum when visiting her overseas during Christmas. I am open to suggestions though! ;-) I may work one or two days from home, otherwise my full time job is in a North Sydney office Mon-Fri. I am looking in the area to escape commuting, or more up North close to the train line. I have a Nespresso machine with free coffees for everyone! ;-) My lease here is up in the beginning of Sept, trying to organize well in advance. Sorry, can't move any earlier than the 1st of September.
Hello, I am an easy going fun person who likes to keep active; enjoys a drink or 2 at home or out and about over a meal or a BBQ. Mature, responsible & considerate of other people’s space. I am not looking for a wild party house or for flat mates that take the party home. In Sydney since Jan & hovering between consultancy work & doing an MBA at AGSM UNSW. I am looking to share with Singles only in a furnished accomodation i.e. Apartments can be small so I am not interested in sharing with couples. I prefer to have my own bathroom or en-suite. I am a dog lover but unfortunately not too fond of cats - so if it is between a cat & me - let the cat have its milk!! lol :) Thanks reading & look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Liam.
Hey! I’ll be moving to Sydney at the end of August, looking for a room to rent. I’m originally from the coast of NSW, but have been living in Melbourne the last 12 months. Keen to get back a little closer to home and the warmth now. I’ve just landed myself a full time job at Royal North Shore Hospital as a nurse which I start in August, then outside of work, I’ll be catching up with friends, or keeping busy being out and about. I’m very easy going, have lived in share houses for a while now so I know how it all goes down. Would love to hear from you if you have a room:)
I am looking for a furnished room not far from City. I am an accountant, working all day and study CPA in the evening so I prefer to stay in a place that is quiet at the evening and at night. I use my room mostly for studying and sleeping and meet with my friends or do other activities outside my home but I am very happy to meet with new people and have new friends. I don't have any furniture so I am looking for a furnished room . I need an air-condition. In my free time I like hiking.
New in the city. I am a fun loving person and I respect others private space. Will start looking for a part-time, once I am settled down in one place. Till then my parents will be funding me. I like exploring new places and meeting new people. I prefer to keep the place clean and tidy where I live.
