My name's Dominic, a 29-y.o., young professional who has a three-week posting in North Sydney, beginning from Wednesday 19 September. I'm quiet, clean, easygoing, and absolutely no hassle. My job has offered to rent me an apartment for my time in Sydney but I would prefer to live with locals, as it would be great to get to know the city more intimately while I'm there. While I'm likely to be very busy during the week, my weekends would be relatively free and I'd love to share a meal or a glass of wine with whoever I live with. Outside of work I'm a writer, and will try to get to readings and literary events whenever I can. If you think I sound like a fun person to live with for a few weeks, I'd love to hear from you!
I am an Indian Software professional holding an Australian PR. I am looking for a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (not to be shared) within walking distance to train station and less than 30 mins travel to CBD.

My is a medical student and finishing up her internship at the RNS hospital (Oct 5th is her last day and she’ll be heading off to go hiking in NZ!). Björn is a PhD student and came to visit My while she was visiting Australia. He’ll be sadly leaving Oct 1st and is pretty jealous about missing out on NZ. We’ll be mostly out during the day (working/exploring Sydney) and will treat your flat with care :)

Hey! My name is Tereza and I’m soon moving to study and work in Sydney from Czech Republic. I already studied in Canada, where I have been in homestay. So I do have previous experience with living abroad and sharing a place to live with people of multiple nationalities and all walks of life. Experience suggests respect and honesty are essential, so let me tell a bit about my preferences. Overall I like my personal space clean and organized (little bit of OCD, haha), so I tend to get best along with people of similar preference. I’m fun but an introvert (INTJ), never party and don’t smoke/have pets/have children. I don’t get along well with loud, party loving, unorganized people I lead healthy, minimalistic lifestyle, and like open spaces, my own personal space and dislike clutter Own (semi)furnished room would be preferred, the closer to center and train the better. My budget is $300/w (including bills). Fast internet is a big plus for me! Happy to answer any questions! :)
26 year old male, working full time in finance. Grew up in Sydney, and have been calling the lower north shore home for the last year. Neat & Clean and respect peolpe's space but also happy to hang out with housemates.
I'm moving to Sydney from Perth in October and will be working as a software developer full-time in the CBD. I'm clean and respectful of others. Not a huge party animal, but not a total hermit either -- I like to have some level of social life when I'm not at work or the gym. I won't be a total stranger, but recognise that it's important for everyone to have their own space (me included!).
Hey potential flatmates!! :) I will keep this short and simple. I'm very clean, social and always respect other's space. Originally Jordanian, been living in Aus for 5 years now. I work In Media at Macquaire park, have been sharing since I moved here, never had any issues but expanding family like and friends circle. "LUCKLY" Looking for like minded people to share with, please contact me if you have social yet clean spot. Furnished preferred and parking is needed. Not really keen to live with a couple unless someone else is also living there. And hey, please please get back to me if I messaged asking about a room or something, it's not really nice to see you read it and ignored. This is not Tinder!!! lol be like it's not available anymore or sorry we looking for something different. Speak soon!
Hi my name is Matt. I am from Melbourne but am relocating up to Sydney for work for 3 months, and looking for a short term rental for up to 12 weeks from 1st October til 22nd December (flexible dates if full 3 month rental not available. Happy to relocate. After a month or 2) I have previously lived in Sydney. I'm a working professional in TV production. Office based in McMahons Point, I will be working 5-6 days a week and be travelling back and forth to Melbourne on certain weekends. I am married so need to factor my wife coming to visit a couple of times over the 3 month period TBC but I can source alternate accomodation at those times as we may do weekend trips away. I'm very social, but I also work long hours and happy to keep to my own to suit housemate and I like my own space.
"Quite possibly the most clean, quiet and respectful person of all time" - Flatmates Monthly ($100% genuine magazine) No seriously I'm super clean and I know how to be a good flatmate - I have a lot of experience.
I am a friendly and genuinely easygoing person. I love to make friends and share different thoughts with each other. I could be intrvert and extrovert at the same time, means we could have some awsome movie nights together, or would totally respect your personal space if you need. Not a fan of party, but wouldn’t mind sitting together for a few drinks.😊
Late twenties professional, working 8-5 in the city. I am looking for a place to call home, with a friendly atmosphere but not a party house. I like yoga, dancing, painting, travelling, going to the gym and more. as a flatmate Im considerate and communicative :)
Hi, I’m Georgie a 26 yr old physiotherapist. I am a pretty easy going, respectful, cheeky and outdoorsy person. I ‘try’ to live a active lifestyle, love going on bush/coastal walks but also greatly enjoy a good tv bringe sesh . I like being social but also enjoy having my own space.
I am in my late 20's, working professional Monday-Friday. I'm easy going, like to have a good balance between going out with friends, and quiet days/nights at home. I enjoy cooking and occasionally having friends over for a dinner/BBQ. I like to share a meal or a drink with flat mates, but also enjoy some quiet time. I like keeping my home clean and tidy, so would like to live with people who do as well :)
I’m a PE Teacher, always out doing something active or at the trivia. I’m really clean, easy going who’s lived in share houses before and looking for a place with cool housemates whether we just chat casually after work or end up becoming really good friends out of it.
Hi! I'm Piyush, I'm 33 years old and moving to Sydney from Melbourne on 24th September’18. I am looking for a private room with own bathroom, preferably close to the St Leonards station. I am working full-time in the City and also pursuing my Exec-MBA @ UNSW. I am looking for a relatively quiet place but I do enjoy socializing and meeting new people for catch up, drinks and deep sea diving. I am clean, tidy and respect peoples own space and possessions. While I don't have any pets of my own I love animals so if you have pets this is not an issue! At the moment, I am looking for a short-term stay as I’m quite new to Sydney. Looking forward to hearing from you! Cheers!!
Hi there, I'm a busy corporate girl working for a global company. I'm about to be transferred from Auckland (NZ) to Sydney on the 28th October, so I'm on the hunt for my new home. In my spare time I’m a dancer (salsa!) and also love food and dining out. Being active is important to me, so I like to get out most weekends being social with friends and I'm really looking forward to exploring the best of Sydney. I love animals but don’t have any pets of my own. Really flexible with people (i.e. love a good wine with the flatties) and yet private. As I'll be new to Sydney, I would love to live with people that could be friends as well as flatmates. Bonus of living with me - I work for an appliance company and get great discounts if you need new appliances ;) Hope to find a great place to share with great people. Cheers Marissa
My name is Shae - I moved from Melbourne to Sydney a year ago. I work full time (regular hours) as well as studying a health science degree part time online - so I tend to be quite busy and keep to myself during the week (mostly because i'm on my laptop in my room studying after work throughout the week). I keep myself active and enjoy going to the gym bright and early before work most mornings. I am a social person but also enjoy my own downtime and respect others personal space. I am an average cook (getting better) but a GREAT cleaner and love to keep organised! Very easy-going, friendly and considerate. I have an extremely affectionate, loving and playful Ragdoll teenage cat (5 months old) named Harvey. He is an extremely sweet boy who loves being around people. He stays indoors only and is perfectly toilet trained - really, he has never missed... ever!
Hi, I'm Xavier, I'm generally a quiet person, a bit of a nerd and usually keep to myself. I do a bit of cooking here and there but you'll otherwise barely notice I'm around. I'm a non-smoker, don't party and don't have any pets. In other words, an absolute riot!
