I'm a fun-loving, but reasonably quiet young professional (female) that's moved to Sydney from New Zealand. I work in consulting. Of Indian origin, I've grown up/lived in NZ for the past 16 years (for those who like to know this sort of info!!). I love to explore, learn (proud geek!), love food - eating and cooking, keen to know about different cultures. Honest, fun, outgoing, easy to get along with, clean & tidy and I know that rent and bills need to be paid on time! :) While I am not a party animal, I love to get out. Certainly not the 'always in my room' kind of person, but I do enjoy quiet time as I will be working from home on occasion! I have a mature outlook on life, can get a bit philosophical (!!), can chat about most topics, enjoy healthy discussion, but definitely respect others' views and privacy. Happy to kickback with TV or a book or just music and a chat! I intend to make Sydney my home for the foreseeable future. Keen to find like-minded people who are welcoming, friendly and keen to meet someone new!
Hi, I'm Shannon, 24 and originally from Adelaide but have been in Sydney for about 3 months. I'm currently working fulltime in Media and am looking to find somewhere to settle into with some great housemates! I consider myself to be pretty neat and tidy and respectful. I'm looking to find somewhere where I can have my downtime alone when I need it, but equally can come home to people that I can have a laugh and chat with over a meal or some trashy TV (bachelorette anyone?). Overall I'm pretty friendly and easy to get along with, hope to find somewhere that feels like a home and not just a place to live. I've put down 6 months but looking to stay longer if I find the right people :) Just a few prefrences to note for those who are seeking roomates, I ideally am after a place with no more then 3 other flatmates (no couples sorry!), and no inside cats/dogs. Look forward to meeting you!
Hello! I am Giulia, an italian girl. I moved to Sydney 4 months ago and I am actually working full time and soon (from October) I will start evening classes. I am looking for a single or shared room. Cheers.

Hi, I enjoy talking and sharing experiences. Some friends told me that I'm a good cooker (especially Peruvian food) and also a clean and tidy housemate. I'm looking forward to meeting great people to share a flat or a house.
I recently relocated to Sydney after studying and working in Los Angeles for the past 5 years. Originally, I am New Delhi born and raised (yes, if we become friends and should you visit India, I'll show you the Taj Mahal). I work as a Management Consultant at a reputed firm, and relocated with them from Los Angeles to Sydney. I am looking for a room in a shared accommodation. Ideal flatmates would be clean, tidy, friendly, and fun to live/hang out with. I like to go out occasionally, but also don't mind kicking in and chilling at home. I drink socially and don't smoke (although I am fine if others do, living in California didn't give me much of a choice if you catch my drift...). My interests include playing tennis/golf, swimming, hanging out with friends, watching movies/tv shows, even reading (yes, in this century, I know). Looking to move in as soon as possible, preferably Oct 7 or onward. Look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Krishna
Hi, Looking for a place between Macquarie Park and the city that is easily accessible by public transport and close to shops/cafes. I work in IT, I'm easy going, and respectful of space. I'm clean and tidy but also understands that it is a home. I'm up for a laugh and chat and most would say that i have a good sense of humor (but who am i to say?). I'm usually out on Fridays and Saturdays. I try to stay fit and eat well ... but I also like going to cafes, going out, and socializing. I like travel/adventure and try to squeeze in some of my hobbies (including hiking, photography/drawing) for some balance. Looking for a place to share with people who are relaxed / similar lifestyles.
Hi! I'm Stacey, a 25 year old female working in North Sydney as an Account Manager at a Data Analytic company. During the week I am very much a routine person, and consider myself quiet and respectful but open to socializing with flatmates as well. A BBQ or quiet drink in the evening or on weekends is great! I love music (my piano is back home in New Zealand) and art (I love to paint). Weekends are typically spent with friends. I enjoy getting outdoors and going for a drive and a hike, or heading to the beach in summer to read; swim and relax. I'm currently living in Wollstonecraft with one female and two males. We've been here for two years and everyone has recently decided to split up the flat. I have my own bedroom furniture, but no large white wear or common furniture. I'm also looking for parking either off-street, or residential street parking. I need to be out of my current place by Monday 7th of November, so am looking for something within the next 2 weeks.
Hi future flat mate or mates :) I've recently moved from Perth to Sydney. I got an exciting job transfer with the company I was working for in Perth. I am an accountant by trade (but not by nature haha). I am originally from South Africa and moved to Perth in 2013 with my family. It has been a big life and career move for me but I'm ready for my next adventure here in Sydney! I am easy going and I can get along with most people. In my spare time I'll be exploring the city and I'm a keen surfer so I'll hopefully catching some waves up and down the coast. I'm super keen on getting out and about and meeting people and discovering all which Sydney has to offer. Please feel free to contact me if you'd think that I am a suitable flatmate. Feel free to ask for references etc. Thanks, Jaryd PS: If you're and AFL fan...I will continue supporting the Fremantle Dockers but may consider going to a few Swans games.
I am looking for an unfurnished large room without a private bathroom and maybe even study nook so I can work from home. I am keen on another executive who is just as busy as I am. I am a marathon runner, singer and actress with a Senior Sales Executive position for a software company. I am about to run the New York Marathon and plan some more big adventures in the future. In meantime, I am extraverted, fun and warm, but also reliable, responsible , very clean and respectful of people's environments. I like to be helpful but it would be fair to say that I need my space given my lifestyle, so only want to live with 1 other person. I am an early riser for training so keen to have a space that is quiet at night.
We're an easy-going, friendly couple from Melbourne, taking a working holiday to Sydney . I (Tess) am in Sydney for 6 months working as a designer/artist with a small creative agency in North Sydney and Justin has a 4month rotation with Telstra in a graduate role. We're both very sociable but like our down-time too. Just looking for a friendly household to join!
Hi I work in Advertising and moving back to Sydney to work - I have a great sense of humour am a great conversationalist but respect "me time", will only be at home 4 to 5 nights per week and rarely on weekends. I am a trained barista, enjoy cooking, enthusiastic amateur cocktail bartender and have a passion for design. I believe in personal responsibility and have never had a criminal record - I am mature, reliable yet fun.
Hi there! My name is Olivia, I'm 21 and work full time in Advertising. My current lease is ending in the next month or so, and I am looking for a fun and friendly, but neat and tidy house and/or apartment. I am also interested in teaming up to find a new house together! A similar age group would be great, who are open to a drink after work and socialising! I love cooking and a nice glass of red, and I've been living on my own, so I know how to take care of/clean up after myself. My lease is up on the 30th November, but I am willing to move around a week or so before Message me if you want to have a chat or want any more details about me!
28 year old full time lawyer working in Sydney. I'm looking for a place closer to work. I like the outdoors, gym, soccer, hanging out and having a drink. I'm a respectful housemate and like to learn more about others.
I like to live a relatively healthy lifestyle & enjoy going to the Gym or Yoga. I like the occasional drink, not a smoker. I love having a neat & tidy apartment & would like to live with someone similar who can respect my space & vice versa :)
Hi potential house mates, I'm Danielle- I moved on the weekend from Brisbane to Sydney, relocating for work. I now have a week to find somewhere to move to. No pressure (although the company have a townhouse so if I need to stay longer i'm sure that can be arranged). Full time employment and so easy to live with (in every housemates opinion). I have an English Staffordshire so the place MUST be pet friendly (have had a few messages saying I can move if i don't bring the dog..). I study and work over full time. Busy bee but rather content that way.
Just looking for a room to rent relatively close to where i work full time as a hairdresser in Mosman. clean and tidy person, moving from North Sydney as lease is up. easy to live with, I like to have a bit of a cook, I don't smoke and I enjoy a drink. more of a morning person but I am very relaxed.
I'm tidy, mature, have owned an apartment before so know how to treat a home and how to keep it tidy. I work Monday to Friday at milsons point and go to the gym in the cbd so I will need a place that is only a short train ride or walk away. I also want to move in somewhere that's a little social cause I'd like to make some friends and do stuff during the weekends like head to the beach or try a new restaurant/bar or hike or whatever. If there are housemates that also want this- that's a bonus!
I am open and communicative man with good manners and tidy habits. The major part of the day I am spending on work outside the flat. Afternoons and nights, if I'm not outside, I will probably spend reading books and listening to music. The next period until the arrival of my family (July/August 2017) I would like to share flat expenses with a flatmate with whom I can achieve good communication. During daytime over some weekend I wish if there are a possibility to host my friends (everything would be previously agreed).
Hi there, I would consider myself a pretty easy going person to live with, I'm clean and tidy but not fanatical, I love a chat and catch up but also independent. I lead a life of balance so some weeks I'll be jam packed with work, friends, family, markets, hikes, brunch, whatever goes and then other weeks I'll be fairly quiet and chilling out with a book or movie. I'm looking for somewhere that feels comfortable and welcoming...I'm an honest, respectful and considerate person and want to live with someone/people who shares those same values :) I'm semi-flexible with moving date and length of stay is preferably 'long term' 9-12mth +
Hey I'm Court, I'm nearly 22, studying full time and working part time. I'm very sociable, adventurous, neat and reliable. I love nights out dancing, but also need those nights in to catch up on tv shows! Wine and trashy tv nights anyone? I would love to move out with two females, somewhere near Crows Nest and North Sydney. I love the cafes and nightlife in this area + it's close to uni/work/family. Also open to the idea of living closer to the beaches. So all in all, I'm looking for two lovely ladies to share the housework, then laugh over a mimosa brunch x
I have Just graduated and looking to move out of uni accommodation. I love meeting new people :D.. I am very social ,friendly, clean and tidy...I am looking for a room in a share house or apartment. I am ideally looking to move in on the 10th of December.
Hi everyone, I am a final year law/psychology student who is currently studying full-time in Canberra. I will be moving to Sydney in December for further studies, so I am hoping to find a place to move in Dec. I am a friendly person but at the same time, I respect other people's privacy as well. Most importantly I am also clean and tidy. I don't party - I spend most of my time studying, eating and sleeping, so there will not be any issue with noise. I have been renting in Sydney and Canberra since 2009 so I understand what it means to be a good housemate - to be courteous, flexible, considerate and respectful of other housemates and of course to pay my rentals on time.
Hi there, I am a pretty well rounded yet quirky guy. I am neat, clean and work full time in the CBD, therefore I am financially stable. Sydney born and bred with a multitude of extensive travel experiences. I am quite social, yet occasionally enjoy my own space. I have had a number of hobbies from a young and am generally interested in many holistic topics. Hopefully my conversation (If you wish for it) will be interesting and not the wet fish level of small talk you have with your duller variety of neighbors and co-workers. I enjoy my health and fitness and am extremely open to any views, religions/ preferences anyone may identify with. Cheers Jarrah

I recently moved to Sydney to work on setting up an Australian office for my current company in the US. I'll be in Sydney through at least May 2016, and have been staying in Surry Hills and really love it. I currently work from home, so I tend to be around pretty frequently,. I don't know a whole lot of people here, and figured the flatmates situation would be a great way to meet people.
Hey, I'm a 24 year old Sydney girl. Working in the city, full time. Love having a good time, but love staying in for a glass or two and a chat. Love a good reality and crime show. Obsessed with coffee, movies, good books, sleep, the beach. I love my friends fiercely, and consider almost everyone I meet a friend. I know how to keep to myself, perks of being an only child, but love spending time with others. I work full time, so am basically out of house most of the days during the week. I respect other people space and things. Ideally, I'd love to live in the city area, like Darlinghurst, Paddington, Zetland, Alexandria, even somewhere like Kirribilli, Milsons Point, North Sydney, Waverton. Hey everyone, I'm an educated athletic professional male looking for a house to share so I can save money to purchase a house sooner than later. I'm currently training for half ironmans, meaning I'm out of the house a lot swimming/cycling/running and I do a fair bit of yoga on top of that too. I like to cook, especially BBQ and am definitely not a vegetarian. I also like to go out for a few drinks occasionally and love coffee. I'm also Canadian and I own property back in Canada so it's funny now being on the other end of this situation. Given that, I know the importance of respecting people's space and belongings and am quite handy with home repairs (I'm an engineer).
I have recently emigrated to Australia from South Africa. I am a Electrical Engineer and I work in St Leonards, Sydney (but my company will be moving to North Sydney in September). I like playing PC games, socializing and doing stuff with friends, and I am a big fan of the outdoors. I am a relaxed, fun to be around and easy going guy :) Im looking for a private room in house/flat share with bills and internet included, must be within 1km of a train station and must have a washing machine for less than $300 per week.
