Hi. Looking for a clean and tidy place in a 2 bedrooms apartment. Balcony and lightful would be great. I am a mature, quite, easy-going, sociable and respectable flatmate. N/S. Fully-employed with mixture of early and late shifts. Permanent resident and originally from France. Enjoy cooking, good wines, fitness, Netflix and good conversations. Looking forward to hearing from you.
"I've lived everywhere man"- well not everywhere, but I have lived all around Sydney and around the coast of NSW. The time has come for me to move to the "other side of the bridge"... I'm a bright, bubbly aussie who loves having a good laugh, exploring new places and having a few drinks with mates. Currently working for a coffee company in the admin team. Big perk is my coffee machine is coming with me and definitely a shared item. I'm a tidy and respectful person who is more than happy to either chilling by myself or join in for the shenanigans. I like to keep a clean house and always happy to pitch in. I have lived with all sorts of people, in all sorts of houses, from all sorts of backgrounds and I've met a bunch of fantastic people. I'm looking forward to meeting new faces, being in a new environment and learning new things! If you would like to know more, send me a message! I can promise I am always better in person than I am at explaining myself on these things haha.
Fulltime corporate lady hailing from the Northern Beaches. Wanting to test living closer to my work in the CBD. Looking at a shorter rent-time, but if it all works out happy to consider staying roomies for longer :)
Hello, My name is Jana I come from Brazil to study Community Services and Sustainability. I'm living in Sydney for 6 months, I work as a carer helping disability people. I'm studying Mental Health Monday and Tuesday full-time and I work rest of week. I have a boyfriend and sometimes he can stay with me but generally, I'm going to his house close the beach. I'm an easygoing and busy girl, I'm looking for a place not only to share bills but a place to spend a few time talking, drinking a wine or beer. I was living for 4 years with friends in Brazil before came to Australia. I'm clean and tidy I'm not a party girl but sometimes I like to have friends at home. I believe communication is a good way to live in peace.
Hi, My name is Jourdon and I am currently working at the investment bank Rothschild. I am looking for housing for the next 6 months near the city or a train line to facilitate easy access to work. I am a neat person with minimal personal items and am simply looking for a private room with enough space to hang my clothes and fit a king single or double bed. I've lived overseas for last 6 months in America on University Exchange in shared housing so I am house trained and work well with people of all demographics and age groups.
Hi there! We are both responsible, friendly and tidy individuals who are looking for a room large enough to fit a double bed, desk and a wardrobe (built ins and an ensuite are major bonuses!). We are both very easy going and we can be roommates who keep to themselves or roommates to have dinner with! However, we will always be respectful and reliable. We also are both vegetarian but it wouldn't bother us in the slightest if you're not! We would be looking to move early to mid February, but are flexible with the dates! Our ideal place: -close to public transport (walking distance) and shops -laundry -not more than $160 per person per week -bills and internet included (that would be super ideal!) If you need us to bring any furniture, pots and pans or other items to your household just let us know, we'd be happy to help! About us: Dillon, 20 -Recently moved from QLD to NSW -Was studying a Bachelor of Arts and Business at Griffith University but is now currently undertaking a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce at Macquarie University -Interests include football and music Vesna, 19 -Born and raised in the Southern Highlands, NSW -Lived in Sydney for 6 months in early 2016 (can provide documents to show you a rental history) -Is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Social Work at Sydney University -interests include horror films and finding the best dumplings possible

I love the sun so on my days off am often outside; running, hiking, snorkelling or in a beer garden somewhere...other interests include cinema and live music - im a pretty chill person to live with open-minded, considerate and laid back! I am usually out and about but always down for a chat when im home :) looking for somewhere longterm!
So it's kinda awfully difficult to just jump into telling somebody why you're fun, or like are you supposed to tell them that you're not fun so that they're more likely to give you a place cause you don't party? #justsharehousethings I'm Toby, I'm a professional musician/tutor and I love a house that smells like Jazz first thing in the morning. My hobbies include listening to hip-hop and wondering how somebody as ethnically ambiguous as myself could have turned out so white, looking at memes and trying to understand the whole "why" behind wine. I'm not the sort of guy who really throws party (legitimately have like 5-10 friends max and I work a lot, but most of them are really good looking and if not, they definitely have nice hair) but I really like going to them so am totally fine if you ever have them going on :) I do also have dope speakers for if a party is ever to be thrown Mostly spend my time at home listening to music/practicing but I can do all of that with headphones on so it won't disturb anybody. I'm a big fan of most animals and totally LGBTQI+ supportive so lowkey please don't ask me to live with you if you're hella transphobic/homophobic/sexist etc. because I'd like to live somewhere I feel comfortable taking my friends back to. No tea no shade, it's just really not my vibe. Kind of a prerequisite that the place has parking available; musicians have an awful lot of gear D: Pretty strictly limited at $300 a week so if your place costs more than this, please only message me if you wanna barter music lessons for discounts in rent. Kinda joking but mostly not really. But yaass, hit me up <3 xoxo Gossip Toby
Hi im a 35 year old pom and I work full time as a dog groomer in chatswood tues - sat every week. I love everything animals and being outside. i'm a member of a couple of wine and food groups and love to socialise with friends on weekends, week nights are low key but I do tend to go out towards the end of the week. I love walking and going to the beach, when i'm not out and about I like to watch a movie or read a good book. I'm quiet and a considerate housemate, I respect other peoples privacy and space but also like a good chat with fellow housemates. i'm a non smoker and clean and tidy. i'd prefer to share with females
Unless there's a lot of noise on a weeknight before we have to work, then not much really bothers us. we clean up after ourselves and respect peoples privacy.
Hi! Good day. I'm Dex, a 24 y/o software engineer, looking for a place to rent for a year. I usually spend my time on my laptop learning about new technologies. On my free time, I workout, go on food trips, take long walks, and have occasional beers with friends. I always keep my living space clean and am respectful of others' spaces. I am planning on staying in Sydney for a year or two. I will be arriving to Sydney on February 05, 2017 and will be working in the CBD. If you have a place accessible from the CBD, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you! :)
Hello! I'm a Full time student in their final semester, working full time simultaneously, looking to potentially team up with someone to find a great place! House trained, clean and tidy, and willing to have a few drinks every now and then, whilst giving people the space they need. Come with all the essentials to start a place (fridge, couch, washer, etc) - so a team up would definitely be ideal. If this sounds like something you could potentially deal with, shoot me a message!
We are a professional couple from Newcastle (Luke an Engineer and Lauren a Dental Nurse) who start work 06/02/17 in North Sydney and would like to live somewhere that is within a one hour commute via public transport to North Sydney. We are a fairly chilled out couple who enjoy going to the beach, watching movies/.tv shows and travelling. We currently have a small cat that we would love to be able to bring to Sydney with us, but can make other arrangements for her if required. We would like to have somewhere to park our car (street is fine). We have most of our own furniture/appliances (bed, fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances). Our preferred budget is less than $500 per week and we are looking to share for 6-12 months.
Hi! Moving to Sydney from Melbourne for work and looking for a place close to public transport for about 6-12months. Pretty easy going, happy to share a drink and chat but also respect privacy. Would like to live somewhere clean and tidy :)
I'm a graduate engineer moving to Sydney from Adelaide for a full time job. I'm friendly and considerate, always happy to hang out and have some quality time! I'm a non-smoker and tidy.
I'm a 30 year old Australian / New Zealander single male who works 9-5 as a software developer in the CBD, looking to move in somewhere not too far from the city around the BEGINNING TO MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY, due to my current sharehouse’s lease expiring. I'm looking for a place with friendly people who like to hang out occasionally, but are also willing to give each other some space. Everyone should be willing to clean up after themselves and be considerate of the other housemates. I'm a quiet easy-going guy, I'm reasonably clean / tidy and I occasionally cook (Less so these days, thanks to Menulog and abundant takeaway joints!). I enjoy a quiet drink or two with a few friends, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house. For sober fun I enjoy video / board gaming with friends or, if I'm on my own, reading, listening to music and watching TV / movies. At the moment I spend most weekends out of town. No shared rooms please. Inspections only possible outside work hours, preferably on weekdays.
Hello :-) I am Lisa, 22 years old and from Germany. I will start working for the Park Hyatt Sydney Hotel in a full-time job from February to August. No shift, weekend or night work! I am very uncomplicated, easy going and have experience with living in a flat share. Living together with locals or international people would both be great!
Hi there! I am 27 years old, working in mental health industry. I like to keep an active and healthy lifestyle. I value a respectful and clean living environment. Hi my name is Declan and I'm a 21 year old student looking for a room with like minded people. I'm clean, social and dedicated to my studies. I'm looking for something pretty quickly so feel free to get in touch :)
Hi! I'm French-born, American raised, completing my Honors in Design at UNSW in 2017, and I've lived in Sydney for about 7 years. I'm outgoing, creative, adventurous, and always down for a good laugh. As a flatmate, I'm tidy and clean up after myself, friendly and up for a chat but also respectful of others' space. I really enjoy cooking so a good kitchen is a big plus! During the week I'll mostly be at work/uni/internships so on the weekend I like to catch up with friends and explore what Sydney's got on offer! I'll be getting back to Sydney mid-February and looking for something available soon after, through to November/December 2017 in the Wollstonecraft/Waverton/Crows Nest/North Sydney or Darlinghurst/Surry Hills/Paddington/Potts Point/Redfern area.
Hi! I am a 22 year old Uni Student, starting my Masters of Speech Pathology this year. I have just spent 6 months traveling the world. My interests are the aforementioned expenditure of time (travel), music (triple j-esque), groovy bars, chill nights, cooking and having a laugh. I like bunting and fairy lights around the home, and I like to think I am pretty laid back.
Hi all! My name is Cameron, I'm 22 and at the beginning of 2016 moved from Perth to study law at the University of Sydney. I'm moving out of student accommodation and looking to find something in the general vicinity of USYD / transport to USYD. Please note that my move in date is extremely flexible and I'm more interested in securing the right place to live in than what date I start paying rent (i.e. happy for an earlier starting lease!) If you think you may be interested in my spiel on how well house-trained, clean and respectful of everyone's personal space I am - please get in touch!
Hi, My names Victoria, 25 years old & I'd classify myself as an extroverted introvert. I work Full Time in Circular Quay, Sydney as a Sales Manager. Ideally I'm hoping to find a suitable place to move into by March 2017, there's not a huge rush at the moment. This will be my first time living out of home and really want to find the right place to call home. Max $300 rent + bills. Not interested in shared rooms. Hey! I’m a 21 year old guy working full time in Crows Nest. I’m super chill and easy going, and enjoy being active, just hanging out, going on trips and most outdoorsy things in general. I work in digital marketing (at an agency and as a freelancer) - so sometimes I work long hours depending on my workload - so a relatively quiet and relaxed home during the workweek would be ideal (though I’m not against having a social drink or outing after work). As for the weekend, I don't mind a few casual beers, or just checking out the city and surrounding areas. I strongly appreciate keeping common areas clean (though I’m not that picky). I am fairly social and like to befriend who I live with, but I do like having my own personal space and am looking for someone who shares similar views as this. Ideal housemate would be 19-30 years, somebody who doesn't take themselves (or others) too seriously and doesn't mind a bit of banter.
I'm a young professional that works in the city and looking for something close-by to work. I'm easy going, love to have a chat but also happy to do my own thing. Favourite things to do are traveling, training at the gym, finding new food spots and grabbing some drinks with mates.

I enjoy the beach, reading, music, shopping and I love staying fit and active by doing CrossFit every day at mornings.

I enjoy film & TV, cooking, art, music, games, sport, the outdoors, and keeping active. Ideally I'd like to move somewhere close to where my office will be (in Macquarie Park) and am hoping to stay with people of similar age and interests who I can be friends with.

I'm into sport and music amongst my other things so I like to be sociable and talk and to get know people. I like to explore the city's markets whenever I can and find new places of interest to hang out in. I'm relocating from Malaysia together with my current company Materialise. I've been working with them for 5 years, and will be taking care of sales for our new office in Sydney. We provide solutions for surgical planning and 3D Printed custom implants and instrumentation. Growing up, I lived in different countries around the world: US, Nigeria, Thailand. Uni in NYC, and then, gave Malaysia a shot as home, but prefer a more diverse city. I cycle, climb, play badminton, and like to explore outdoor, live music, or any eccentric events. Love coffee, and can make great chai, but hopeless at cooking. Though I plan to rectify this in Sydney. I would really love to live in a share apartment where someone has a dog. I'd be happy to help out in taking care of him/her, but can't own a dog myself, since my job has too much travel. I think i'm pretty easy going as a flatmate, and mostly open to criticism to adapt to others living style. I have some unusual taste in music: a variety of world music. It would be great to share, though I'm used to keeping it to myself as well. Looking for a social group of flatmates, since I don't like the idea of isolating myself in my room.

Hi there, my name's Dhiren, male-35-single, full time working professional. I until recently worked as a Management Consultant for one of the biggest retail companies in Australia/NZ region. My work place was near Bella Vista but I lived close to Crows Nest, so was commuting a fair bit of distance everyday, but didn't mind the travel as I prefer living in the north shore area and closer to the city. I'm currently on vacation in India and will be returning back to Sydney on 13th Jan to start my new job from 16th Jan located near Wynyard train station. I'm looking for a place to live in and around St.Leonards or Wollstonecraft or North Sydney. I'm a clean, tidy, friendly, considerate and social person and expect the same from my future flatmate. I'm an easy going guy who doesn't mind a drink or a glass of wine or have dinner/chat with my flatmate occasionally. I also consider myself a decent cook who can cook a good healthy meal. Through shared accommodation would love to meet new people and make new friends. I own a car, so availability of a car parking space would be great but not mandatory, I can do off street parking. Please reply with a message and I will respond back at the earliest. Cheers, Dhiren
We are a laidback young couple. We're at work a fair bit, and when we're at home we like to play board games or just veg out with some Netflix. One of us is still studying, but I usually do my study at a library so I won't be at home shushing everyone :) We have lots of books and a small collection of board games you can borrow! We don't operate on weird hours (however we occasionally have early morning work starts during a particular season). We are saving up to take a little holiday so we don't go out as much atm, but usually we like to go to the movies, go out to eat, go to comedy shows or even go on a long drive/day trips. We are not "model home" tidy, but we do love to keep our home clean (sweeping/vaccuming, mopping etc.). We mostly keep any clutter contained to our room though (this usually happens during exams! D:). Free to a good home!
