I arrived in Australia a few days ago. I work as a pizza chef and I do a language course to improve my English. I do not spend much time at home, but I like to relax with a good glass of wine and have a good conversation or watch a movie.
Hey I'm Liz, I'm 22yo and I'm working full time in finance over in St Leonards. Originally from Wagga Wagga, I like going out to new food spots, listening to music and hanging out. I like to keep clean and tidy and am respectful of others space. Looking for somewhere that I could stay long term with great housemates. Hoping to find a place with either 2 or 3 others. I have my own bedroom furniture and can also supply a fridge if need be!
Hi I am Emma. I am super easy going, love to have a laugh, pretty fun although I don't drink much I am still social. I am tidy and respectful of people's space. I am working in a preschool on St Leonards and am also a yoga instructor. During the week I'm pretty busy working 45+ hours and I dance and do yoga after work.
Hello!! Working full time, I'm also well travelled and looking to share a comfortable, happy and relaxed home in Sydney. Interests include hiking, yoga, dancing , foreign films, more travel, food and wine. Lived in good flatshares in London and Sydney with great references. Looking to make a home rather than just a place to stay. Clean, tidy, considerate, friendly and sociable. Occasionally like to share a meal and/or drink with my flatmates too. Ideally looking to share a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment with one other person, with off street parking. Happy to contribute with some quality furniture and appliances.
I am a fresh Macquarie uni graduate, looking for a nice place to live. Having stayed in a university accommodation for two years, I have shared houses with students from all over the world. I am an easy going and tidy person, and a great housemate to live with.
I work full-time in the city and am looking to live with 1 - 2 females within a similar age range. I'm a non-smoker, super tidy, chatty, and would love to be around someone with similar qualities. I'm respectful of your privacy and of shared spaces. Please adopt me! :) From Sydney and would prefer to live with locals. Females only please.
I am outgoing, friendly and warm. I like to keep common areas clean and tidy and carry my weight with household cleaning duties. I am social and will happily join in on house family dinners and tv/movie nights. I study full time and work part time and am at cheer leading training two or three times a week these days as competitions ramp up. When I'm not doing those three things, I like watching catch up episodes of the block, binge watching netflix, going to the movies or going out occasionally for drinks and pool with friends.
Hello! I am a 23 year old female student from the United States/Germany, study International Affairs, and will start an internship in Sydney on January 15th. Though I have traveled a fair amount, I have never been to Australia - I'm very excited! I have lived with others before and even while sharing a room have never had any concerns or issues, and am clean and pretty quiet. I will be working Mon - Fri and exploring Sydney on the weekends. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
(Flexible move date and open-ended length stay) Hello I'm Kim- I'm a studying digital design and working as an educator. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere on the train line between North Sydney and Chatswood, but elsewhere near the city could work too. Also after unlimited internet to share, and a peaceful, pleasant housemate dynamic. I mostly like to relax and recharge on my own at home, but I like to live with nice people I can have a talk to or watch a movie with from time to time. I'm reliable and tidy, would prefer to be off the main road- somewhere with access to nature would be lovely!
I'm from north Italy , I arrive in Sydney on January 8th for improving my English and work full time in the hairdresser salon . I prefer a single room . I'm a sunny person who likes to play sports and meet people to talk to.
I'm in Sydney Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday nights each week and there are times I'm not around for a week at a time. I'm looking for accommodation for approx. 6 months . I work in HR in broadcast media and am 33 years old. In my opinion my travel schedule makes me a perfect housemate - I'm neat and tidy, I enjoy a friendly chat & a wine. I do work from home occasionally. I'm looking for a clean, relaxed, friendly environment. I'm looking for North Shore location with access to public transport, either bus or train.
I am Judy from Taiwan who is easy to get along with and tidy. I have just graduated from UQ this July. After considering the immigration option, I have to study a diploma of interpreting until 1st of August. I will possibly extend my lease if I work out my PR soon. If it is possible, I prefer an ensuite room with its own bathroom, balcony and a pool in the complex as I used to live in Brisbane. I do enjoy swimming, cycling, yoga, meditation, singing and playing piano. I like to share meals with housemates or hold a housemates' dinner casually if it is possible. I hope to find a place where people cherish the time to live together, but also be respectable to others' privacy and own space. I am a simple person and like to make my life simpler. I am looking for housemates who have the similar perspectives. My ideal housemates are either professionals or full-time students.
I'm an electrical engineer working for a construction company in Sydney. I'm returning to Sydney after spending a year working FIFO. I'm an easy going guy looking for a place to crash for at least 3 months, possibly more. I do like my privacy but don't mind having a chat or hanging out. I work full time during the week and on the weekends I like to chill out.
I'm easy going, neat and tidy and don't mind helping out around the house with chores and repairs. I'm a full time student studying engineering whilst working 4 days a week so I barely spend anytime at home. I like to hang out and have a chat but respect personal space and privacy. I'm an active person who likes to be on the go and outdoors whenever possible. I find I can get along with a wide range of people and am quick to adapt to a new environment.
We are two twenty year old females, working full time in financial industry looking to move around the Lower North Shore area in January. We both enjoy cooking, going to the beach and exploring Sydney, as we've both recently moved here. We'd love to be apart of a social house hold, but are aware of personal space and respect towards each other. Tessa and I are easy going, clean, friendly and both non smokers. If you have any questions at all for us please ask away :)
Hi! I'm a young engineer from Brazil and I will be working in Sydney for the next year. My girlfriend Ingrid, who is a ballerina and a laywer, will be with me for the first 3 weeks (jan 3rd to jan 24th), so we are looking for a place where we can be be together for this initial period and I could extend my stay for the year. We are very friendly, clean, organized and open minded. We both have studied in the US, are fluent English speakers and love to meet people from other countries. I love to cook and we both like to hang out with people, share some food and drinks. We rather share a house with native Australians and/or people from all over the world so we can all benefit from each other's culture!
Ideally I want to do a team-up, as I think that works best, plus I've got most of what is needed to move into an unfurnished place. So I'm looking for someone not too far from my age, who wants to meet and see how we get along, and if it's all good, go and find our perfect place together. I'm friendly and fairly easy to live with. Like everyone, I have my preferences and prefer a spirit of communication and compromise over confrontation if/when differences arise. I'm a non-smoker who likes music, but not party houses. I'm respectful and like to keep things clean and tidy, and want the same in a housemate - it's normal that both people pull their weight keeping the common areas clean. I've shared with different people over the past 5 years and have learned that I'm not a fan of living like ships in the night. While living in each others' pockets is not what I'm after, I think a bit of friendship is important - sharing a meal or a coffee, watching a bit of TV together and comfortable conversation are part of what makes it a home. Call me old-fashioned, but I believe it's considerate and courteous to let each other know things which might have an impact, like when we'll be away, when wanting to borrow something or are expecting people to stay and so on. It's about negotiation and compromise. I work as a training contractor, so some weeks I'll work 4 days, others not at all. I dabble in a bit of art, enjoy singing, zumba, movies, walks, speaking French and a tiny bit of Spanish, among other things, and am a bit of a geek at heart. I would hope to have my 4 year old grandson over from time to time, sometimes for a sleepover, but when and the frequency of this will be negotiated with my flatmate of course.
Hi there! I'm moving to Sydney to study next year and so I have to get on top of this moving interstate business! From living in a big family I know I like company as much as I do time alone. I also know it takes a team to keep a house tidy and clean so always play my part. I will have to increase my study habits this year as I head into Masters but I am all for socialising, going out, getting outdoors and relaxing too. Let me know if you have any questions!
Relocating back to Sydney in December to take on a new exciting opportunity with work and need a home! Super looking forward to a new adventure and being back in Sydney. Full time working professional and very social. Super laid back, clean and tidy, respectful and responsible. Safe to say not my first rodeo! Love the beach, being outdoors, eating and spending time with friends and family. Happy to share with guys or gals, as long as there is beer in the fridge and something healthy in the cupboard to whip up I am one happy camper.
(175/person/week max) Hey, guys! We're a trio of young women who are looking for a place to stay long term (because who loves moving and unpacking and all, right?) We're not fond of partying, in fact, we mostly keep to ourselves so yay for privacy, peace, and quiet! We work in the dental, childcare, & disability support industries. Plus, we also attend classes. We're all good-natured and will be no problem at all to live with. Except if you're the type to steal our food from the fridge, because we've lived with someone like that and we ended up eating him, instead :) Cheers~
Hi! I'm 18 years old and working full time in St Leonards. I'm fairly quiet, tidy and easy to get along with. Car parking would also be ideal :)
