We are looking to move into our new home in mid to late February 2017. David is an accountant who will start working in the cbd in March 2017. Tegan is in her final year of law at university and works part time in a law firm in the city. We are both from Newcastle originally and are moving to Sydney for David's work. Tegan currently lives in Sydney in the inner west. We work late during the week so will largely keep to ourselves then, but are up for socialising on the weekend. Even on a weekend, we are still relatively quiet and low key. Our ideal housemates will also be young professionals who won't want to throw regular crazy parties and will generally be a good housemate (the basics, paying bills on time, cleaning after yourself), as we will be. We are interested in either the inner west or lower North shore close to a train station (less than 10 minute walk) and half an hour trip in total to the cbd to make those late work nights easy.
I work in North Sydney looking to find a place on the Lower North Shore. I'm reliable, open minded and easy going. Ideally looking to team up with someone (M or F) and start a new share place, also happy to consider an existing share opportunity. Any questions happy to chat.
My name is Alanna, I am 27 and I am a full time professional. I enjoy a drink, a laugh and particularly a laugh over a drink. I appreciate both company and solitude. I would ideally like to live with one other female.
I am a professional engineer running my own business from overseas. For project work I need to stay in Sydney for a few months. I am a clean and tidy person, who has lived in share houses already. I ma not a party person but I am very social and love having a chat with anyone and do not mind having a Friday night drink either.
Hey, my name is Peter and I would describe myself as a very career focused person who spends a lot of time on study/work. I think I am pretty social, laid back and will occasionally unwind by binging on netflix :). Enjoy study and just finished a bachelor of IT in July and considering starting masters mid sem 2017, but will see how I feel in 6 months. On 28/11 I flew from QLD to Sydney for a job in the city. Currently staying at an Airbnb property (and breaking the bank lol), so I am seeking a more suitable long term solution to help settle into Sydney and my new job :). Also love to ride motorbikes and was hoping to get my motorbike sent down from Brisbane so... If there is secure parking, a shed or somewhere out of sight to park a motorbike is a bonus!
Hi, I'm Ary! I work as a product manager for a tech startup in Sydney, which basically means that I spend my days planning, designing, and building new online services we provide to customers. At home and in the office I'm known as the guy you go to when you need help with something, whether it be personal or work related. I'm quite laid back and I have a natural tendency to want to make people laugh - I get along with pretty much anyone and anything. I'm a tech geek, an NFL fan, a tennis player, a PS4 owner, a Marvel fan, and a clean freak (if I need to be).
I am 37 years old, from Barcelona and I have lived in 5 countries. I love learning languages and cultures and that makes me a very open minded person: no judging! I am very respectful and considered to others but I am also very friendly and sociable. I used to work in Marketing but I have recently moved to an Engineering role in a Pharmaceutical company based in Sydney. I wanted a work-life balance without so much traveling. My hobbies are motorcycle riding, music (listening and sometimes I play classical guitar softly), technology, reading and I am definitely a pet lover: I love all animals but I have a soft spot for cats, so if you have any I would really appreciate their company. I also enjoy healthy cooking and I make a pretty tasty paella. Food is meaningless unless it's shared. I am quite clean and organized and although I'm quite flexible, I prefer to share a place with someone similar in this regard.
I'm a happy, friendly and easy-going type of person. I enjoy spending time with my friends on the weekend and live a pretty active life, but do like a bit of down time. I love going to the beach and out to little cafes and restaurants for a treat! I work full-time as a pre-school teacher and really enjoy what I do. I'm neat and tidy and am looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to unwind. I'm always up for a chat but am respectful and considerate of others. I've lived in Sydney my whole life and love it!
Hi there, I'm a friendly easy going guy and I work full time. Looking a for a nice place to live with nice people. I'm clean and respectful of others and enjoy being social whilst respecting others privacy. Look forward to talking with you. Michael
Heya, I am moving over from Perth to pursue post-grad study, and looking for some friendly housemates to help make my stay in Sydney the best it can be! I will be studying full time, however I am easy going and still love being social :) I am clean and organised, and will bring a fun a friendly vibe to your house. Looking to move over in feb 2017 before I start uni, but am quite flexible on the dates!
Hello all, I am a female working professional. Would like to look for a place which is cozy and clean to live in. I am friendly and i love travelling, reading and exercising during my free time.
Hi, My names Victoria, 25 years old & classify myself as an extroverted introvert. I work Full Time in North Sydney as a Receptionist and am really trying to live a healthy/fit lifestyle but also enjoy letting loose on the odd weekend. I am hoping to find a suitable place to move into by March 2016, there's not a huge rush at the moment. This will be my first time living out of home and really want to find the right place to call home. Max $300 rent + bills. Not interested in shared rooms. I'd like to live with people aged between 20 - 30years old. Interested in North Sydney & surrounding areas.
I'm a 19 year old student currently working 5 days a week as a casual in a nursery for plants and planning on studying Law at Notre Dame in 2017. I am interested in moving closer to the city as I am living on the outskirts of Sydney and was commuting approximately 2.50-3 hours, one way, to the university I was previously at. I'm extremely easy going, respectful and tidy ! I consider myself very easy to get along with and to have an awesome sense of humor. I am a hard worker however I'm very laid back. Looking forward to meet you !
In daytime I am working in legal sector in Sydney CBD; after dusk, I like getting active by hitting gym, or just chilling out with friends or Netflix.... Friends would rate me 9.9 out of 10 in easy going, down to earth. I enjoy meeting new people and some of my previous flatmates we become friends. I am clean and tidy and I respect people's privacy and would expect the same in return. Looking forward to meeting my new flatmate soon! Cheers
Howdy! We are Elle and Vinca, we both don't do party and are non-smokers. We are looking for a master room for a long term, include all bills and internet. Preferably with own bathroom. Elle has a huge study desk where she mostly does her works on and she also has a guitar and a keyboard. Vinca mostly will be away from home every day (yes for real, 7 days, morning-late night) due to works while Elle is a homebody (yet an outdoor person). Any suburbs are fine but would prefer somewhere between Sydney CBD - Northern Sydney. We both study in the city however Vinca works in Chatswood and Elle works in different suburbs. A bit (lot) more about each of us: Elle (the one on the right) - audio engineering student - audio visual freelancer - sometimes cooks (she always clean the dishes so don't worry) - cat person (but she loves doggies too) Vinca (the one on the left) - business student - full time floor staff (means that she has regular incomes) - never cooks at home - afraid of animals (yes, even those cute cats & dogs) Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any offers :) Cheers! xoxo
I'm 29 year old german boy. I'm tidy, quiet and like the nature. I'm also interested in meeting new people. I work part-time and want to stay till January/February in Sydney.

Hi there! I'll be moving from Melbourne to Sydney for work purposes and am after an affordable and clean place to stay at for a few months. Most of my weekdays will consist of work and sleep, so I won't be disruptive. I am extremely tidy, respectful of others and always up for chit chat, brunching and watching shows like The Bachelor. Keen to meet some awesome people to make my Sydney transition just that little bit easier :)
I'm Simon. I'm a 31 year old professional working in the NSW Government with office located in the CBD. Generally work decent hours so not home much during the week. Weekends spent at the beach, cafes, theatres and playing/watching sport. Would love a balance between hanging out after work and doing our own thing.
I'm a recently graduated engineer working full time in Artarmon, looking to find someplace close to work and cut down on my commute. I like to cook and to have a chat over dinner but aside from that I'll be keeping mostly to myself. An ideal room would have space for a double bed and a desk. An ideal house is clean and friendly with clean and friendly housemates. I can provide references from previous housemates/landlord on request. Move in date is very flexible, feel free to message me for more details.
I am currently looking for a room in a shared apartment or house near North Sydney I am working as a registered nurse and as a flatmate, you can expect my cleanliness and shifting schedules. Hi there. I'm looking for somewhere to stay long term, minimum 6 months. I'm super clean, don’t smoke, eat healthy (and like to cook, happy to share..). All up I'd say I'm pretty chilled, love to have a chat over dinner and drinks but also respectful of space and privacy. I work Monday to Friday in Human Resources and I'm generally at work from between 5-7am and home around 5. If I'm not at work I'm taking a long walk/ at the gym/ out with friends/ reading a book. I’m mainly looking for a friendly and quiet place to live with a female or a small group (mix of males and females ok). I also have plenty of nice, new furniture which is going to be stored at my parents house if I cant find anywhere for it.
I am very considerate and easy-going person. I am an architect who enjoys surfing, and now am moving to Sydney from Melbourne. Hi there! My name is Rez and I am a born and bred Australian looking to move out during the summer or possibly longer. I am also looking to live with people similar to my age or older. I am currently studying my Masters degree and work two jobs. I am a very active person currently playing tennis as well as doing yoga and working out as much as I can. On the weekends I like to wind down and chill over a glass of wine or like to have the occasional nights out (would be a bonus if my future roommate is the same). I would also like to live with someone I feel I could possibly be friends with. I'll admit I am not much of a cook only because I haven't exactly learnt how to cook (although I'm ace at cooking eggs haha) however I am a quick learner and do love to learn new things so I am happy to be taught otherwise I genuinely enjoy cleaning up so that is a bonus itself! If there are any questions please do not hesitate to message me.

We respect people's space but we're friendly and sociable. I'll be working at a school in the Hills District (I don't mind commuting), while Nadine will be out at a communications firm near the airport. We'd love to hear if you'd love to have us!

I work in a video games publishing company in the city CBD, so would ideally like to find a place not too far where public transport is easily accessible. Will always clean up after myself (I don't leave dishes in the sink, I know right, who does that), respectful of others and their space. I'd like to believe when there is fun involved, I can be great company...? Actually I'm pretty chilled out, can appreciate down times and keeping quiet. Always willing to help. Also, I'm happy to take up a lease if you want to team up and get a place to share, I'll furnish the place.

Hey! My name's Krystal, and I'm looking to move somewhere in Sydney soon! I've been out of home since 18 and this won't be my first share-house in my life. I'm good with the sharing of responsibilities, tidy and reliable. I'm currently studying Entertainment Management and hoping to weasel my way into the event management/music/media scene. I'm a low key nerd (I used to study Archaeology), massive makeup fanatic and spend a bit too much than I wanna admit on clothes. I'm after the kind of friendly environment where you know and get along with the people you live with. I'm down for meeting new people and making new friends. I'm always up for a great night but also love nights in in front of the TV and just generally lounging around and being lazy. I love cooking so anyone that's up for helping with some DIY experimental meals that could be potentially disastrous, hit me up!

I'm looking for a social house to be with housemates who enjoy hanging out and having a few evening beverages, not just renting a room. I'm also clean, cheerful, a non-smoker, work normal hours and am always keen for adventures. What more could you want!
