My name is Andrea. I'm 29 years old from Manila, Philippines, and I just recently moved Sydney to start a new full-time job in The Rocks area (I work in Finance in a Big 4 accounting firm). As my first time living in a new country, I'm looking for a welcoming, homey place (preferably fully-furnished private room) with good location (near a train station and bus stops as alternative mode of transport) and easy-going flatmates (tenants only). I initially just had one week to look for a semi-permanent place to stay before my work started so I just took the most decent one I could find that was available right away and I was not really able to take my time and look for somewhere I can settle. I would prefer an initial minimum stay of 3 months, but will hopefully extend if it's the right fit. I'm pretty easy going myself, loves to travel (when I get the time), enjoys bonding over good food and drinks. I value privacy but I prefer if my flatmates can be my friends as well and won't act like complete strangers. Growing up in a family-oriented environment, it will also be nice if the flatmates won't mind a very occasional (read: once or twice a year) visit from a friend or a family member.
Hello, My name is Hai (seriously), I work as a Sales Analyst near the city. Looking for a private room near Green Square or on the lower North Shore. I normally leave the house early around 7AM and get back around 6-7PM. Whilst I’m private / considerate and respect your space, I do enjoy meeting new people and making conversation. I’m originally from Vietnam but enjoy a mixed flat. Hobbies: reading, swimming, exploring different parts of Sydney on weekends, cooking, eating. I’m usually away 2+ nights per week. I have a partner who is originally from NZ who may stay over subject to negotiation with flatmates (e.g. 1 night per week; not use the shower etc). He works at a big IT firm in North Ryde, friendly and smart. Thanks for reading and feel free to message me if you have a suitable place. Cheers, Hai
I work in Education and spend a lot of time there, so when I am home it's usually to relax or be creative. On weekends, I'll mostly be out seeing friends and/or being active. I like to go for walks, enjoy dancing, swimming, as well as yoga. I like going out, trying out new places, getting out and about in Sydney. I am outgoing and sociable but also like some alone time too. I am organised, tidy and clean. Am told I'm a good cook and like to share meals and food experiences with people! I respect others' well-being, personal space/privacy and interests. I am reliable with rent, bills and Netflix :) I've been in Sydney for 5+ years, originally from France, and planning on staying for a good while. I am curious about travels, languages and cultures, and I am also a dog and cat lover (very friendly with pets). I work in the city and am currently living in Surry Hills, but love the beach and have lived in the North shore before... Hence why the areas I look for are all over the place - I am flexible so long as I find nice people to live with and a place where I feel at home! Looking forward to chatting with you - Lorraine
Hi, I am an easy going full-time professional (work Monday to Friday) looking for a room in Sydney. I am looking for a place I can call home for 6 months to a year 😊 I enjoy a chat and a wine but also am aware that we all need our own space, enjoy getting out and adventuring on the weekends.
Hi there! Im Brooke, originally from the US but have been living in Sydney for three years now. I am an outgoing person but also laid back and respectful of personal space. Currently I work in hospitality full time as a waitress, but will soon be starting my new job as a nurse. During the week I keep things pretty quiet - enjoy cooking and staying active by heading to the gym a few afternoons. On the weekends I like to get out and about with friends. At home I am very clean and tidy and looking to live with like-minded people!
Hi Future Flatmate! I am male, 29 y/o. I will be working full-time in Artarmon for the next 3-4 months and so I am looking for a share house starting from ~April 1. I would be grateful if you could consider me as your future flatmate. I am clean, honest and always on time with payments. I am not a party person, so I will not be generating noise or bringing in outsiders. I love sharing good discussions with people, but also respect their privacy. I am originally from Europe, but I have lived and worked in Asia for several years. For that reason, I am familiar with different cultures and I enjoy sharing experiences and thoughts with other people. I am an Australian permanent resident. Thanks & hope to see you!
I am a young professional and will be working full time. When I am home, I am pretty easy going. I'm not fussed about much and I like a little bit of privacy sometimes. I am deeply respectful of other people and their property, and I love getting to know people, as well as going out/hanging with my roommate/s at night.
Hi I’m Hayley. I’m currently in the hills area but I work in the cbd so am thinking of moving a bit closer to work. I’m easy to live with and am looking for some similar housemates. I’m very clean, easy going, and pretty low key, I like to think I’m a decent cook as well :) I’d prefer my own ensuite but I’m flexible, also need somewhere to park my car. My current lease isn’t fixed term so I don’t have a specific moving date.
We are looking for a place close to station, furnished and less than 180pp. We are a Mauritian couple, friendly and easy going, respectful and quiet. We are full-time students working part-time we might end up studying a lot even at home. We would prefer an all female or a mixed house. Cheers.
Hey! I'm Naomi and just recently moved back to Australia after living in the US and I am studying biomedical science at UTS and work as well. Love hanging out with friends but I also like chilling out at home. I'm tidy, friendly, reliable, and easy going.
My name's Matt and I a Business Development Manager for a large beverage company specialising in wine and coffee. If you like either of those then I'm great to have around. I am a clean, considerate and kind housemate with a what's mine is yours attitude. I want to be able to socialise with my housemates but also enjoy the right balance of private time and I'm not the type to be a party animal. My biggest passions are skiing, music and cooking but love anything outdoors or active and venture out to restaurants and bars a couple of times a week with friends. I'm Aussie and have lived in Sydney since the start of high school.
Hi guys :) We are easy going, clean couple from Poland. We are working full time so most of the day we are outside the house. When we have a free time we like to spend it at the gym, beach or just lie on the couch and watch some good movies or tv series. We like cooking with a glass of wine (or two :). We are searching the room for longer (few months up to 1 year) with wardrobe and double bed, good wifi not far away from a train station or bus to city :P We are searching the nice place with easy going flatmates. Preferred couples :) our budget is 370$ + - per week - bills included. Cheers Paul & Lena
I am easy-going, friendly, compassionate and clean! I am great to live with because introvert time is important to me, but I am also up for a great chat. I love to cook and share food. I work nearly full time and am also studying counselling. I grew up in the far North of Sydney and enjoy writing, reading, eating, yoga, having great conversation over moscato and gazing at the stars.
Hi! I’m Meghan, a 25 year old female working full time in Marketing. I’m looking for a sharehouse (or share apartment) somewhere on the Lower North Shore for myself and my cat Nala. Nala is a desexed female, completely housetrained, friendly and stays mostly in my bedroom. We’re looking for a friendly share house with people of a similar age and lifestyle. I’m very clean (I actually love housework), and I enjoy cooking, a few wines, the gym and hiking and just chilling out watching some Netflix! Please contact me if you feel that myself and Nala would be a good fit for your home
I'm a spanish girl ( from Chile)and I came here because I like to meet new people and travel. I'm working full time and at home, I like to see movies, rest and share with the flatmates. I'm a easy going person and the most important for me, is that I'm clean. Would be amazing If I can find a clean place. With people that respect the house. In my country, I'm psycologist, I really like to talk with people and have good relations. Cheers.
Hi, I'm a 27 year old full-time professional working for a medical technology company. Am easy going, considerate and tidy, and looking for a flatshare with friendly flatmate(s) with similar qualities. Monday to Friday, I'll be busy at work so generally like to enjoy quiet nights in on weekdays. On weekends, I enjoy catching up with friends outdoors and in the city, catching up on reading and the odd TV series, climbing and generally trying to keep active.
Moving out of my current place and want to be closer to the city. Keen to team up similar people to make a place a home. I'm pretty easy going, work during the week as an Engineer, sometimes grab dinner after work with friends, usually get out and about on the weekends. If you're looking to make some friends, enjoy a couple drinks here and there, and interested in teaming up with myself and maybe someone else shot us a message.
Hey there, my name's Ben and I want to tell you a little about myself, mid-20s guy currently working full time; I like to spend my spare time during the week training, watching a movie or even having a cheeky drink, I like to keep it low key and save my fun mostly for the weekend. I consider myself pretty clean, sociable, relaxed and easy to get along with but definitely respect peoples privacy. Looking for somewhere that is relaxed, clean and a place I can call home within walking distance of a train or bus. Cheers
Hey, I'm Maddie and I'll be moving to Sydney from Brisbane to start a new job - equally scary as it is exciting! I'm very social and love getting out and about whether it's the beach, somewhere with delicious food or a couple of drinks and a dance. That said, I'm just as happy being a homebody and enjoying my own space. I also enjoy being active so will often be at pilates, boxing or playing netball. I'm super easy going, tidy, mature and respectful of others and their space and am just looking for somewhere I can enjoy coming home to with like minded people.
