Hi everyone, I am looking to see if anyone would be interested in doing a team up to secure a rental property. I am looking to move to the Mandurah or Baldivis area once my lease expires in June (could potentially move a bit sooner) I was originally going to move somewhere by myself but thought I would see if anyone would be interested in this to save some money.

I am a 27 year old female who works full time as a property manager (won’t be hard to find a rental). I’d be looking for someone to move in at the same time as me and either go on the lease or be an approved occupant. I’m open to either a 3x2 or 4x2 and don’t mind if you have a dog (sorry no cats). If you’re fifo I’d be happy to work out a cheaper rate based on you not being around very often. All furnishings would be brand new and I’d be happy to purchase them, it’d just be up to you to furnish your room and bathroom plus any other areas you wish. I’m very clean and tidy and would be wanting a housemate who is the same. On weekends I like to be out and about and don’t typically have people over. Everything would be split and the house would be as much mine as it is yours.
