Hello!

My close friend and current housemate has just purchased his first property (exciting!) which means I am now on the lookout for a new place to stay.

I work full time, though I do WFH full time, with the occasional trips into the city as required, so a space large enough for a desk / office setup is needed, as well as a stable internet connection.

I am a very respectful person, I do tend to keep to myself initially, but I do love a chat and to chill out on the couch and watch a movie too.

Willing to contribute in whatever way I can to make the household an inclusive space for everyone involved, making sure common spaces stay clean and tidy.

I do also have a partner, so a space that she is free to come and stay mainly on weekends is ideal, and I will be looking to move out with her in about 6 months time, so that would be the timeframe I would be needing a space for.

Happy to have a chat about anything else needed, and am very flexible!
