Elle and Matt

We’re a respectful, social 28-year-old couple from the UK who’ve been together for 3 years and are looking to rent a private room in Perth, ideally Fremantle. We’re non-smokers, clean, considerate, and enjoy a good balance of social time and personal space.

We’re currently on working holiday visas but are planning to stay in Fremantle for at least 9-12 months. Elle is a registered veterinary nurse with employment starting in February; she works rotating shifts, including some weekends and occasional nights. She enjoys Pilates, good coffee, beach walks, animals, and the occasional wine or fruity cocktail.

Matt is a welder and is currently seeking the right position. He enjoys the gym, swimming, the beach, socialising, and a casual beer.

We’re reliable, easy-going, and would love a home where we can settle in and be respectful long-term tenants.
