G’day folks!

I’m Ollie, I’m a clean, relaxed, extroverted guy working full-time and enjoying life outside of work. Big into golf and soccer, spend a lot of time at the beach, and you’ll often find me hanging out with my dog (he’s a good boy, obviously).

I’m social and easygoing — happy to chat, have a laugh, or grab a beer — but I also respect personal space and downtime. I like a house that feels calm, clean, and comfortable rather than chaotic. Not a party house, but definitely not a silent monastery either.

I keep shared spaces tidy, pay rent on time, and believe good house vibes come from mutual respect, clear communication, and not being weird about dishes. Looking for a place with a similar energy: relaxed, friendly, and low-drama.
