My name is Kealey and I am a 19 year old currently studying full time at Deakin Waterfront. We are a group of responsible, motivated young women currently studying at the Waterfront Campus and are seeking a well-maintained home where we can continue our studies and further establish ourselves within the Geelong community.
I relocated to Geelong from Albury last year to further my studies and to take the important step of moving out of home. I am currently studying Commerce and will be entering my second year. Alongside my studies, I play netball for the Geelong West Football Netball Club, which has helped me build strong connections within the local community and reinforces my commitment to maintaining a balanced and responsible lifestyle.
During our first year of university, we lived in residential accommodation to meet like-minded people. Through this experience, we have formed a reliable and respectful household and now feel ready to move out together into a private rental.
All of us are hardworking, dedicated students who take pride in maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-cared-for living environment. We understand the responsibilities that come with renting and are respectful of both the property and our neighbours. We are organised, cautious, and take our commitments seriously, including paying rent on time and caring for the home as if it were our own.
As all of us study at the Waterfront Campus, we believe this property would be perfectly suited to our needs and provide a stable, home while we complete our studies. We would be extremely grateful for the opportunity to rent.
