Hi, I’m Tom, 32, reliable, respectful, and looking for a comfortable place to call home long-term. I’ve worked in civil construction for over 15 years and currently work full-time as a Concretor, usually six days a week.

I’m clean, organised, and considerate of shared spaces, and I take pride in looking after a home as if it were my own. Rent is always paid on time and I’m easy to communicate with.

I would be moving in with my partner Chloe. She’s 27 and works full-time as a cleaner. She’s tidy, respectful, and enjoys travelling when she can as well as spending time with her family.

I also have a young toddler son who mainly lives with his mum, but I spend scheduled time with him. Any visits would always be planned and communicated in advance.

We’re both pretty low-key, friendly, and respectful of other people’s space, and are ideally looking for a stable and quiet place to settle into. Happy to provide references if needed
