Hi, I’m Tom, 32 years old, reliable, respectful, and looking for a comfortable place to call home long-term. I’ve worked in civil construction for over 15 years and currently run a successful small business, which I’m in the process of expanding as I transition away from full-time construction work.

I have a strong work ethic, consistent income, and a structured routine. I’m clean, organised, and considerate of shared spaces, and I take pride in looking after a home as if it were my own. Rent is always paid on time, and I communicate openly and respectfully.

I also have a young toddler son who primarily lives with his mum but I spend scheduled days with him. I’m very mindful of routines, noise, and being respectful of the household and neighbours. Any time spent with my son would always be planned and communicated in advance.
Outside of work, I’m fairly low-key I enjoy keeping active, focusing on my business, and spend a lot of time out of home. I’m friendly and approachable but also independent and respectful of other’s privacy.

I’m ideally looking for a stable, quiet household and a place I can settle into if it’s the right fit. Happy to provide references if required.
