Hi there! I’m Han, but you can call me Demi. I'm a Vietnamese student moving to Sydney in early February to study at Pennant Hills.

I'm a pretty chill, tidy, and respectful person. I value a clean living space and always make sure to clean up after myself.

Most of my time will be spent on my studies or at a part-time job, so I’m looking for a quiet and peaceful place to call home. I’m non-smoking, have no pets, and I always respect everyone's privacy.
