Quiet, private professional working in Sydney 3 days per week and in Port Macquarie for the remainder of the week. I am looking for somewhere I can use as a base when I’m working in Sydney which will be 3 or 4 days during the week for the next few months until I can move my family. I will always be in Port Macquarie on weekends and sometimes some week days. I tend to keep to myself a lot after work and often go for a walk or to the gym so I won’t intrude on you much. I prefer my own bathroom and a quiet room of an evening to unwind. I’m really clean and tidy and will treat your space and property with care. Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and quiet and equally respectful to share with.
We are an easy going recently married young couple + our fur baby kleo, she is very well trained and very small. When we arent at work or studying at uni we like to spend our time out of the house going for walks or adventures like camping, love the going to the gym as well. I am an electrician, and yes im happy to do electrical work on the place if you need me to :), my wife jade is working in retail at the moment. We are food lovers so we do like to cook if you dont mind the place smelling like delicious food having said that we are very clean and clean up after ourselves straight away, we expect our room mates to be the same. We are also a very social couple and like kicking back and enjoying a couple of cold ones and having a chat, we will also respect others space and privacy.
Conscientious & agreeable. Outdoorsy do-it-yourself kinda guy. Nerd! Athletic, but not really interested in sports. American, and not a Trump supporter. I keep things clean, and I don't travel with a lot of stuff. I like to be solitary when I relax, but a good convo (and a good beer) are always appreciated. I'll be working as a travel nurse, so my schedule will be inconsistent, and I'll need to sleep during the day every so often. Looking for a roommate/roommates who are also generally clean -- and that's about it!
Hi, I'm Alex, formerly a software engineer, now I work in recruitment. I grew up in Perth and just moved to Sydney in October. I strive to always speak truth and be responsible. My rent is always going to be paid on time, if I break something I'll let you know about it, and I won't eat your food in the night. I'm an orderly guy and prefer things to be neat and clean. I have plenty of experience sharehousing, I know the drill. My typical weekly schedule: * Work Mon-Fri 8ish to 6ish * Bible study Monday and Wednesday evenings * Saturday morning chores * Church commitments most of Sunday Things I will happily do with you: * Help you out with stuff * Watch Japanese pro wrestling * Study sessions * Go for a walk in the evening * Talk about stuff that you find interesting or important. I don't tell people they can't talk about certain things with me * Be included in a cleaning roster or pitch in for a cleaner * Regular housemate dinner night for bonding I won't be a good fit if: * You're lazy and irresponsible * You're frequently up late making lots of noise (I hit the sack around 10pm most nights, and wake at 6:30am most mornings) * You want someone to hang out with every day. I'll make time to listen about your day and talk through day-to-day challenges, but I will be busy or out most of the time * You want to share cooking duties on weekdays (weekends are a different story). I eat strictly during the week so I can reward myself with delicious carbs on the weekend * You don't want meat cooked in the house * You think it's ok to lie * You have a problem living with a practicing Christian Benefits of living with me: * No stress about not receiving rent money * The house will be as neat and tidy as you want it to be * Can approach me about investing money to make the house nicer (professional cleaner, better internet, nicer furniture, adding artwork, etc.) * I keep emergency funds and can afford to replace your things if I break them * I will help you solve most of your IT issues * No obligation to keep me entertained as I have enough commitments, friends, and interests to keep myself busy
Just got back from a wonderful holiday in SE Asia! Will be studying university from 11 March. I study online and therefore require unlimited internet so there are no issues with data. I also need a quiet space, without baggage or issues being thrown at me. I am plant based as much as possible and if you can't handle "vegan" stuff then do not contact me! I am looking for work as well as studying full time. My location may change when I get work.
Apprentice Electrician looking for a place to stay. Mostly keep to myself on my computer, playing games or watching movies/youtube, but do enjoy hanging out occasionally. Clean up after myself, don't drink much, don't smoke. Only real requirement is there must be good internet (50mbps+). Looking for similar people or my own place.
Hi! I am a quiet, respectful guy. I work in Disability and am currently studying to become a police officer. I am very clean and active but also love some down time to relax and unwind. Hope to hear back from you ☺️

I'm a mid 20s male working as a nurse in Sydney. I'm quiet, respectful, and generally clean. I enjoy cooking at home, and generally get along well with everyone :) I don't have any pets but very friendly with cats & dogs
Hi! My name’s Jess, i'm 24, and from the UK! I have a full-time job in Wahroonga, working for an event management agency. I've recently finished some travel around Western and South Australia, and have now settled in Sydney, am in full time work, and am looking for a friendly place to live! I play hockey for a local club in Pennant hills, am active and social! So am ideally looking for people i can be friends with, chill with and just generally get along with. However due to my job, i do work long hours quite frequently. I like a glass of red wine every now and then, love good food, and most importantly - good company :)
Working full time in the city. Looking for a friendly place with great housemates that are also working full time. Love to socialise and make new friends and explore Sydney.
Hi there :) I am seeking a clean and comfortable home (not crack den) that I can share with easy going and nice people. To get uncomfortable things out of the way; due to health reasons I am on welfare but I can assure you I am a good and reliable person to live with. I love plants, interior design and have a love of the shop Freedom so would be happy to find somewhere where the people have similar interests. I am sociable and am open to shared dinners, movie night and drinks. For the last few years I have been a foster carer for the RSPCA so ideally prefer to find somewhere with animals or animal friendly. Flexible atm in regards to location but will need to be close to buses/trains.
I’m a student studying astrophysics and have a small, friendly, older dog! I work part time as a math tutor. I enjoy being around people, but also enjoy having time to myself, so I’m happy to sit and chat or to have a night to myself watching Netflix! I’m looking for an all-female place for myself and my dog, preferably something long term as I’m only due to graduate uni at the end of next year. If you think you have something suitable, please let me know!
Both my partner and I are quiet home bodies. We work full-time and enjoy eating healthy and staying fit. We are looking for a comfortable homely place to stay in. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I am moving to Sydney on March 27, 2019 from New Delhi, India to pursue my master's degree from Macquarie University. Ideally would prefer a tidy accommodation close to Macquarie University and even better if it's a share house with young professionals or students. I am easy going, responsible and good at adjusting to situations. Always up for conversations, music and exploring the city!
HI, I'm holly, I'm 17 and looking for a young flatmate to share a nice two bedroom apartment/house with (preferably female). I am open to a shared house idea or more than one room mate but it all depends on the situation of course! I have a full time job, I work a lot, and might barely be home sometimes. I'm a tidy person and am respectful of other peoples property. I may be young but I've been out on my own for awhile and I consider myself a down to earth mature person as do others. I'm currently working in the Hornsby area but traveling to and from work with a distance is not a problem. If you're interested Flick me a message. thanks!
I’m a 20 yr old UNSW student who works casually at Turramurra IGA and regularly attends church in the Wahroonga and Thornleigh areas. A year ago I moved to Sydney from Wagga Wagga to study a double degree in music and arts, and I love it. I’ve been blessed to have lived with loved ones, but the time has come for me to spread my wings a little bit, so I’m basically looking for somewhere to live as an independent person! I tend to keep to myself and mind my own business, so I don’t have a set idea of what kind of space/ what kind of people I’d like to live with - I’m generally a pretty friendly and open person so I hope that’ll help me make easy relationships with potential housemates if necessary. I really love music, books, art etc, and hanging out with my friends typically revolves around food or coffee. As already referenced, I’m a Christian and that’s a pretty big part of my life. I try my best to be a kind, open minded and non-judgemental person as a result of my religion. I’m pretty good with cleaning/maintenance and I keep my mess contained within my own space - I try be on good terms with everyone I meet. Also, I’m big fan of cats :) I hope this little bio does everything it’s supposed to! x
G'day the name is Jake and I have been working in Pennant Hills for a little over 2 years now and have been living in Newcastle for the last 6 months and am looking to move back. I do have a dog but she will stay in Newcastle unless there plans to be a long term stay. I tend to keep to myself but am friendly as I am in sales, very organized and like to stay tidy as possible.
Hey everyone, My name is Matt, aged 21 and am looking for any sort of accomodation in the hills area. I'm studying full-time at Macquarie uni doing a bachelor of commerce 3rd year whilst working at event cinemas in castle hill. I have lived out of home for over half a year now and am sweet with keeping clean and tidy, and doing any work around the house that needs to be done. I love a beer and a chat over anything that pops to mind whilst also being mindful of other people in the house. Im a genuine outgoing person who mixes well with all ages and cultures. Give me a call or shoot us a message/text and i'll be happy to have a chat! Cheers
Hi I’m Lisa I’m 26 and a full time teacher. When I’m not at work I’m either at the gym, at cheerleading or watching too many movies. I do like to socialise but I also like my down time. I’m relaxed, easy going and pretty tidy so fingers crossed I can find someone with the same values in a house mate 🤞🏽

I’m a really chill guy. I respect your privacy, but I’m always down for a talk and a beer. I love cooking, and I plan on finding a full time job in Sydney ASAP. I’m from Denmark, where I worked in retail and as a bartender, and I hope to find a job as bartender in Sydney too. I’m really into music, but unfortunately don’t play myself
Hello friends, i am Garry, working with CBA as tech Business Analyst and want a shared flat/house with shared or private bathroom for long term stay in Sydney Regards,
Hello, look at your room, now back to me, now back at your room, now back to me. Sadly, I'm not on your room, but if you want to meet a bachelor of arts exchange student who loves coffee and can either have a conversation or not depending on the situation, I could be in your room. Look down, back up, where are you? You're in your home with the renter that could be, what's in your hand? Back at me, it's the proper pay in the due time you requested, look again, the money is now whatever you want to buy with that money. Everything is peaceful and respectful when your room is rented by a flexible student who can be fun to be with, will not complain if you ask him to lower the volume or do something for the house and can adapt an entire commercial to himself, I'm on a boat
