Stella Tan Li Kar

Hello, my name is Stella Tan Li Kar. I am an academic lecturer at Taylor’s University and a registered pharmacist in Malaysia. I am also a recipient of the IEIF – Research Collaboration Fund (Round 3) and will be attached to Western Sydney University for 2 months from 3 March to 24 April.

I am currently looking to rent a whole residential unit for myself and my family. We are quiet, responsible tenants, non-smokers, and do not keep pets. We will take good care of the property.

Budget: up to AUD 800 per week
Preference: whole unit, suitable for family living
