Very easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I see home as a place to relax, so I like to keep it clean and comfortable for everyone to enjoy.

I’m big into fitness and sport, enjoy a good CrossFit session, getting outdoors, and winding down with a glass of red. Pretty chilled overall.

I work in the city as a Quantity Surveyor in the tech industry, splitting my time between the office, site, and usually one or two days a week working from home or a coffee shop.

I’ve been living in Manly for the past 2.5 years and, after becoming single in July 2025 (and deciding Avalon is a bit far), I’m looking for a new place in Manly or the surrounding areas.

I’m fairly well-known around Manly — CrossFit, Sway Coffee, Vinnies and other local spots — and plenty of people (and mates) would vouch for me as a good guy… I think 😄

Weekends are usually spent in the sun: beach time, running, golf, CrossFit, or taking my 4x4 away to explore different parts of Australia when I can.

Bonus of living with me: access to a well-set-up 4x4 with rooftop tent, fridge, cooking stove, and solid adventure gear. Win-win.
