35-year-old British guy working as a Senior Cost Manager in construction consultancy — so steady income, regular hours, and I’m out of the house most of the day. I’ve been in Sydney for a few years now and I’m well settled here.

Day-to-day I’m pretty easy to live with. I keep my spaces tidy, I’m respectful of shared areas, and I’m not the type to leave a pile of washing up or blast music at midnight. I work hard during the week so I genuinely appreciate coming home to a calm, clean flat.

Outside of work I’m pretty active — I play football on weekends, train at the gym regularly, and take my golf pretty seriously. When I get the chance I’m off camping or out with my camera too. I’m social but not a big party person, so you’re more likely to find me cooking dinner and watching something decent than heading out every weekend.

I’m looking for somewhere with good vibes and decent housemates — happy to have a chat, grab a coffee, or answer any questions before committing to anything.
