Grace and Paddy

We’re Grace and Paddy a down to earth couple looking for a place.

Paddy works as a Heavy Diesel Fitter on a 2:1 roster, so he’s away for work a fair bit. Because of this, the house will often only be occupied by one of us. He has stable, full-time employment and reliable income.
Grace is studying Vet Nursing full-time and keeps busy with classes and also works in hospo during the week. She’s very responsible and spends most of her time studying or at work.
We’re clean, tidy and respectful tenants. We enjoy socialising with friends from time to time, but we also really value our quiet time at home
