Hi, I'm Jamie from South Korea. I just arrived in Australia for my studies. I am an easygoing, friendly, and considerate person. I don't smoke, don't party, and have a healthy lifestyle.

I like to have a clean and quiet room. I am used to doing housework and keeping my space tidy. I always managed to keep my mum happy with my cleaning skills—and you know how hard it is to satisfy mums!

I am also financially stable. I have enough savings for my living and study costs. I worked at cafes, restaurants, stores, and as an office worker in Korea for years, so I am responsible. I plan to find a job here soon. Also, my family are willing to support me, so paying rent will never be an issue.

Since I am new to Australia, everything is new and confusing. So I am looking for a quiet and clean place to rest and recharge. I hope to meet friendly housemates. I will be a helpful and respectful housemate.
