I'm a 45yo, single, cis-woman, who works as a primary school teacher between schools at Mount Samson and North Lakes. As a teacher, my employment is secure, especially as one of my jobs is a permanent part-time position.

I am looking for 2-3bed places on the northside of the river; ideally within the region of Ferny Grove-Ashgrove-Kedron-Aspley, but I could go as far out as Joyner, Sandgate, Deception Bay, or Narangba. I would prefer my own place, especially as my cats do not like strangers and I have a LOT of stuff, but I would consider a share arrangement if I had my own bathroom and my cats were the only pets.

I don't smoke, drink, use drugs, or party, and I have 2 cats (13yo-14yo) who are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and toilet trained.

In my time outside of school, I like to practice my instruments (piano, flute, cello, violin) and I attend Metropolitan Community Church (LGBTIQA+ affirming church) in New Farm.

Back between 2008-2019, I took some time off from teaching, and during that time, I ran my own business of house cleaning, gardening, bond cleaning, and bond maintenance services, so I'm well aware of my responsibilities as a tenant and have the tools to clean and maintain a house and garden.
