I’m 66 but still Very independent I’m neat and tidy am very polite and have impeccable manners. While I’m a very quiet individual I also enjoy a chat. Would love to find a Granny flat or a Studio but with my budget I realise that is very unlikely. Would prefer a Female housemate but definitely not looking for romance. I am also happy to share a place with Males as long as your life doesn’t revolve around a bottle of beer. I have just moved north from Sydney because of problems that were being created by my neighbours and their use of the cursed drug ICE. Am looking for somewhere to live for 6 months or longer.I will be devoting the majority of my time to the 2 loves of my life those being creating videos for my fledgling YouTube channels and Lawn bowling. I will be playing lawn bowls or practicing 4 days a week and I also enjoy my morning walks. Thanks to the magic of Artificial Intelligence I have also begun to create my own music and will be releasing 2 albums on Spotify and iTunes as soon as I can find the time. If that isn’t enough to keep me busy I’m also about a quarter of the way through writing a book, which will be titled “Once upon a time at Bondi Beach”,with Bondi being the suburb that I grew up in. Just an ebook but a book nonetheless. I can also cook, nothing fancy mind you, just delicious home cooked meals. While I can provide you with excellent character references I prefer to let my artistic endeavours speak for themselves.
