I’m in Kenmore Hills now, and about to move out a bit closer to my work.
Quiet, full-time worker seeking a peaceful base near Bardon/Ashgrove that has beautiful neighbours and leafy connection to Mt. Coot-tha just like Kenmore Hills.

I'm Not a party nor drink nor smoke, I highly value cleanliness and quiet atmosphere I'm really at that stage where I just value a good night’s sleep and a chill out being surrounded by nature,
going back and forth from my work, gym and doing my art, craft, tech projects for hobby.

I treat my home clean, organized with the same care I give to my equipment just like I do at my work, so I prefer living with the owner of the house.

If you have kids or pets, it’s cool.
Nothing to worry about getting interrupted yourself or your properties as I have a daily routine and want to chill out at home.
