Looking for a quiet room – $300/week all bills included
Hi, I’m a 41-year-old who works full time and runs my own small business. I’m looking for a private bedroom in a quiet house with respectful housemates.
I don’t smoke or drink. I don’t have visitors or friends over and I keep to myself. I’m out most of the day and evening for work, and when I get home I just want a peaceful place so I can focus on my business. I don’t cook – I order takeaway most nights. I also walk my mum’s dog in the evenings.
What I’m after:
• Quiet household (no parties, loud weekends, smoking or drinking in the house)
• Safe off-street parking for my ute (garage or undercover preferred)
• All bills included (internet, power, water, gas)
• $300 per week
I’m clean, reliable and happy to pay two weeks’ rent in advance. I’m currently in a situation that doesn’t suit me and I’m looking to move into a calm, private place as soon as possible.
