Please note: I'm only looking to move in March, around the 10th. Must be decent sized room I'm a super chilled, easy-going and friendly person. I'm pretty clean, especially in common areas, but I'm not a neat freak. I don't drink much, I don't do drugs or smoke. I keep to myself and my birds mostly actually, but do enjoy a good chat in the kitchen. I have two birds (Cockatiels) who share a bedroom with me so we need a big room. Must fit double bed, large desk and their cage. They're pretty quiet most of the time, but my boy does like to whistle the Addams Family or some other random songs sometimes during the day. But they sleep when the sun goes down so are quiet at night (and so am I). I've lived in four rentals with them and never had a complaint about the noise or mess. I bring carpet with me to keep the floor clean and I clean up after them. I'm studying online and working part time. I'm also on Centrelink so my income is steady. I've been renting for 10 years and have always payed rent and bills on time. Look forward to meeting you!
Hey, My name is Rachel. I'm originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland. I am on a 457 Visa waiting to apply for Permanent Residency. I am looking for a place that's modern, furnished, pretty chilled out, with easy going house mates and like minded people from Middle of Feb. I play sports, and tend to be training or at the gym throughout the week. Room with Ensuite would be a bonus.
I am 37 years old, quietly introverted but can hold a conversation with anyone.. I work as a truck driver (don't worry, my truck stays at work), permanent part time although I work full time hours split across AM & PM shifts, 6 days a week. I am currently single and I am looking for a place for myself and my two fur babies Turbo & Bamm, brother and sister cats who are now 9 years old, very loving cats and very well behaved. Ideally I would like 2 rooms, one for the bed and one as a study (I am always studying something) and my own bathroom/toilet. I tend to not venture out of my study very much as I am a computer nerd and spend most of my free time in there. So if you're after your next best mate to hang out all the time then I'm probably not your guy. However, if you want someone who is quiet, keeps to themselves, doesn't drink & barely has guests over than I am your guy! I would prefer a granny flat or say the second story of a house all to myself. A house with a large shed which I could use would be a dream come true.
i am 37yr old woman that walk softly and carry heavenly peace, love, try to inspire and protect with a warmth heart being kind and jolly soul who is sensitive to others and cherish Gods gifts daily. I am compassionate yet unconcerned about others opinions - when something is boring I can make it seem fun for everyone - classic and versatile, no fuss no muss, casual and laid back - I go with the flow and I easily adapt to the environment - Genuine and Real, not into all attention and drama - when I am traveling or just outdoors, I enjoy the views, landscapes, amazed at all the art - I am always willing to help others...I AM ME.
I'm a neat and tidy person who's pretty easy to get along with. I am returning to study in 2017, studying my certificates 3&4 in fitness with the goal of becoming a personal trainer. I work part time as a support worker in the disability field I rarely drink alcohol and would like to find a house mates that are the same(I'm not a party animal). I would prefer to live with people over the age of 30. I'm originally from Launceston Tasmania and have been in Perth a few years, I'm still learning my way around. I have minimal furniture such a bed and TV ect. I don't require parking atm.I pay my bills on time. I'm looking to find somewhere in April 2017and look forward to any enquiries. Thankyou. Scott
I am happy go lucky sort of person.. But pretty down to earth too. I m neat and polite. I love socializing and passionate about new ideas, meeting new people , hanging out and so. However, id like to have my own place and privacy sometimes.. I don t like party houses or noisy people and expect my flatemates respect the rules of shared places.. Regards, Amir,

Hi, my name is Renae & I am looking for a place to call home for myself & my lovely Ragdoll cat. He has just turned 1 & I brought him from a Registered Breeder. I am 33 yrs old & work in Retail & for World Vision. I am very laid back, quiet & easy going. I am also a neat & tidy person who is respectful of others. I have a small car & my own bedroom furnishings. I am not a party animal so hoping to find somewhere to live with similar person/people. Look forward to hearing from you
Kiwi girl who enjoys being out and about. I'm not often home which may suit you just fine! But when I am home, I'm sociable and enjoy my flat-mates' company. I stay at my boyfriend's house about 3 times a week and would ideally like to be in a housing situation where he is welcome to stay once or twice during the week too. I enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle but don't mind a few glasses of red wine on the weekend. However, I'm not the type that will be stumbling inside at 3am after a huge night out ;) I work in West Perth at a small law firm and have my own car so parking would be a must. I have no pets but looove animals so 100% accepting of anyone's furry friends be it rats, birds cats or dogs and anything in between. Looking for comfortable, long-term accommodation in a tidy, modern home NOR for no more than $180 per week inclusive of bills. I'd prefer my own private bathroom but would be willing to share with one other person. I require quite a large, unfurnished room with space for my queen bed, bed side tables, drawers and a desk. A walk in robe or large cupboard wouldn't go amiss - a girl can't have too many clothes and shoes! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hi there, I am looking for a place with someone nice. I work a lot (6 days a week) so I am not home for the most part but when I am I'm fairly quiet. At home I like to be able to relax, I also like cooking up new things when the mood strikes. At home I am quite social and enjoy meeting new people and catching up with my friends. I like to keep my space neat and tidy and have a respect for other people, their space and their things. I have my own bed and bedroom furniture so ideally i would like a place with an empty room. I am looking for a place to settle into and looking forward to meeting the person I am going to be sharing with.
Hey! My name is Lucinda, I'm a 23 year old female from Sydney, moving to Perth in February to complete my masters in organisational psychology at UWA. I'm looking to house share with easy going people around my own age. As I'm studying I'm not looking for a party house, that being said I'd prefer to share a place with people that enjoy a good chat and glass of wine at the end of a long day. If you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you :)
Hi so my mate and i are looking for a place close to uni (ecu), im a muso and hes doing software. we're not going to be to picky with a roommate just someone to help ease the financial burden of being students by splitting that rent. thanks!
Hi all, I am Vincenzo and I come from Italy. I am looking for a room or an apartment to live in. I am a quite person, I work and go to school at night time until the end of June, so I won't be home very much. I have a girlfriend, that I would like to bring over for dinner, lunch and sometimes even for sleepovers. I am searching a place where I can relax and chill, without socialising too much. I don't like rules. I apply the common sense and I always keep clean my room and kitchen after use. I don't clean garden, I am not there to clean the house, but to live in and enjoy the small amount of time I have free. If you are looking for someone to use as a cleaner, I am not the person. General cleaning is obviously fine, as I said, I apply common sense. The total price should be 160$ with bills and internet included.
Honest, reliable straight forward people. Nobody ever likes living dirty so why would we. If you'd take in the two of us this is what you may expect. Banter Clean toilet Tidy kitchen Occasional drinks Fitness & a lot of sports. We're really straight forward and that's about it. We're respectful of others and things that are not ours. I'm 25, Australian from Perth. Currently working for a barrister & solicitor firm in the city. I specialise in Industrial Relations, Human Resources and Work Health Safety. I also tutor at UWA. I am a very tidy and clean person. I eat out most days and enjoy a social drink/coffee during the week. I go out most Saturday nights. Hobbies include: music, surf, ocean photography, beach, drones, cats. I am looking to lease a place close to the CBD by Jan/Feb for atleast 6-12 months if anyone is interested please let me know. Alternatively I may also be interested in renting a private room in an existing place. Ideal price $150 including bills. Max ~$200 depending on locations closer to the city. Thanks, James
Hi.. I'm looking for room in a social friendly house, I'm very easy going and tend spend lot time out of the house in the week either with work, some sort of training gym or running or just out catching up with friends.. My weekends normally involve some sort of sports but love catching a gig or just going beach, NOT looking for a party house but it would be nice get a place with people you could have beer with or meal not the best cook in the world but enjoy a good BBQ I've been share house's for few years and I'm respectful.. And very clean and tidy
Im easy going, down to earth, neat and tidy, good cook, into healthy eating, keeping fit and love to dance. I'm a primary teacher, I like to go out latin dancing, going to the beach and spending time in nature.
clean and tidy, quiet. Am a shift worker (nurse) so we probably won't be home very much at the same time. Work a lot of weekends. Also do go away for work a few times a year for a month or more at a time.
Bit about me... I'm 34 (going on 25 hehe), suuuuuuper active and sporty. I work part time atm at a volleyball centre (Mon-Thurs, and Saturday) because I was trying to go back to curtin uni (95% through my Civil Engineering degree) this semester but got screwed over. I will be studying next semester. Looking for short or long term accommodation (and make some solid friendships on the way)... I train for volleyball Mon->Thurs+Sat+w/e so I'm pretty much out of the house working or training from 12noon til 9/10pm most nights. I'm very friendly and social, easy going, big movie buff, bit of a clean freak (but not too much to piss you off) and love to cook. Grew up with two older sisters so i can handle living with either sex, plus they rubbed off on me so I've got a sensitive side if you ever need someone to talk to or someone to blow off some steam at the end of the week with a beer or wine or veg-ing out hehe Fridays are my day off if that helps to arrange a meeting... also available Sunday if you give me a heads up. But I'm quite flexible around my work for pretty much any day of the week. Looking forward to hearing from you Peter
Hey folks, am looking for a place anywhere between Karrinyup and Nollamara area to be in proximity to my work (i work for Silver Chain), as well as the beach, now that we're comin into that type of weather again (i surf/bodysurf regularly). Generally pretty fit and health conscious, and am vegetarian, so ideally would like to grow a few veges of my own. Also love animals, so possibly more open to a house where i can (maybe;) have a dog in the near future. Cheers, Brendan
Hi All, I'm a Curtin Uni Graduate, currently working full time as a graphic designer for a local energy company. As I'm starting uni again at ECU in Feb, I'm looking to find a place closer to Mt Lawley. Looking to share a place with one other person. I'm extremely neat and tidy and consider myself to be very considerate. Can hold a conversation and easy to get along with, I also respect personal boundaries, I do like to spend most of my time by myself. Drop me a message if you think we're a good match (sounds like a tinder profile) or know of a place =) Cheers, Wayn
i am a very friendly and easy going person, I'm extremely tidy and like to keep my living area clean. I have no issues with pets. I'm studying 5 days a week, so I will only be in the house around morning and night.
I'm really focused on studying and being the best I can be, I'm passionate for my music that I write, very easygoing and I'm friendly and adaptable, finished with the party life I just need somewhere for me to stay thats stable and gives me my own peace and time so I can really concentrate on my work and my education
Very friendly person, easy to get along with. I like to mind my own business and let others do their own thing. Not a fussy kind, will adjust if need be. Likes to keep the place clean and tidy. Non smoker and I don't consume alcohol. Will be studying full time and working part time.
I'm an easy going clinical nurse, who works a lot of hours. I have a golden retriever and a tibetian spaniel who are extremely well behaved. I enjoy a few drinks, but I'm not a party person. Im from country Victoria originally, I'm a home owner, clean, tidy and respectful
I am a considerate, clean and friendly housemate. Easy to get on with. Preference for an ensuite or own bathroom. Would really like to live with just one other person.
Hi guys! I'm looking for a new place to call home for me and my 4-legged companion, Rove. About me: I'm 22 years old and am returning to mighty Perth after 18 months of travelling. I love sport and anything else outdoors, even if it's just having a few drinks and a bbq outside! Though saying that, I'm definitely guilty of a tv binge watching session and could probably watch the entire season of friends back to back if the challange was set. About Rove: Rove is a very loving and happy two year old Kelpie X. Of course being a Kelpie, he is very excited and has lots of energy but usually knows when to settle down. We spend lots of time at the beach or out walking so he's well behaved at home. He is happy enough spending all his time outside and gets along with other dogs and cats. He's a lot of fun to have around and really just wants to be your best friend! I am looking for a new home, not just a room in a house :)
I am easy going, dte & have a gsoh. I'm also reliable, tidy, respecful & enjoy good conversation. I am recently separated & have a 5 yr old daughter who lives with her mum. I enjoy walking, cooking, karate & keeping fit.
Hey there! I'm looking for some excellent new housemates to live with. I recently started working full in Malaga, so looking for somewhere roughly 30mins away. I like to go out on weekends when I'm not working, and enjoy sociable outings with my housemates when our schedules match up. I've lived in houseshares for about 5 years now so am well conditioned in the art of sharing with strangers. I know how to pick up after myself and am respectful of others property. This isn't my first rodeo. I'm open to people from all walks of life, and am simply looking for a nice and safe place that I can call home for a while.
Hoping can create a team up with some digitally minded or creative people. My background is in graphic design. I am reliable and always looking to create the best possible environment for everyone. I dont really drink and dont smoke and very accepting of different lifestyles. I think my main personal flaw is i spend too much on nandos, i know what a loser. Or that im not rich. My biggest passion is philosophy though i don't expect to share that with anyone just a heads up. I have a collie that i hope can live with me, he has traveled around the world so I don't expect there to be any issues with him. I am very open so dont hesitate to contact and ask anything.
I'm a professional woman with a warehouse worker partner, we're both very driven and focussed on work but don't mind a few drinks on the weekend, not party animals and have the most amazingly beautiful cat in the world that would just have to come with us! Any more questions feel free to ask! Happy house sharing :D
I have lived in Australia for 6 months now, I'm originally from England but I am a permanent resident as I lived here as a child. I am a bubbly fun 20 year old who is currently working full time. I am currently living in Coogee but find it hard to travel for work to the city everyday so trying to find somewhere a little closer. I am clean and tidy.
Hello, I come from switzerland. I'm work as a salesman in a mountain shop. I'm sociable, open-minded, always in a good mood, I like to discover new places new sports to do. I keep to myself mostly. Though have a disorder that makes me actually enjoy washing dishes, I think in another life I plan to be a highly paid efficiency expert, but for now I get my kicks writing code and trading stocks. Enjoy sharing a bottle of Shiraz, or going an evening walk.
Hey there! I'm a 20 year old male, just moved to Perth from New South Wales. I'm currently living with family until I get myself a casual job. I have two small businesses so apart from my casual position to secure extra income I will mainly be at home! I don't drink at all and am not the party type, most definitely a people person but also can keep to myself! I will be on the job hunt this week and would love to keep in touch in the case that I find a casual position asap! Please feel free to ask any questions. Thanks, Tylor!
Oh hello! Im looking for a room or team up with others to be close to work and uni I'm a pretty easy going person like to be able to get along with roomies have a drink but like my own time. I'm clean and reliable can also give references. I do however have a cat called Lola she is really friendly though Date is not set in stone just in the first half of next year
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hi, we have recently moved from Phillip Island Victoria where we lived for 15 years. We're a young, sporty, peaceful, considerate, fido/cat loving mid forties inseparable couple who love bike riding, swimming, gardening, cooking and the arts. My partner Andy is a Chef and managed a thriving cafe called Cafe Lugano in Cowes Phillip Island 7 days a week for many years and was a self-employed gardener. I am a qualified dog groomer and owned/managed a successful grooming salon called FUZZYPAWS for 15 years. We're here to be closer to family, for the warmer climate and change of lifestyle. We sold our family home and businesses to allow us time off once we arrived here. We intend to to begin a gardening/landscaping business together within the next few months. We have references for your peace of mind. Cheers Lu and Andy :)
I'm a young FIFO professional looking for like-minded housemate/s. I'm easy-going, love a beer and a chat but also like my own space at times. Just got back from a couple of months in Europe and looking to move early to mid February. I'm tidy, love cooking and won't be there half the time - what's not to love?
Easy going, laid back, very neat and tidy 26 year old professional looking for someone similar to live with. Social and friendly, super happy to socialise, but often keen for downtime alone due to hectic worklife. Ideally looking for a double/large bedroom and own bathroom in a nice apartment close to the city.
Hi there! I'm a recent graduate from WAAPA, originally from Brisbane and I'm looking for a place to stay for a time in Perth. I'm an incredibly upbeat, social and malleable person, I'm very clean but I also don't mind the occasional social event. I'm pet and LGBT+ friendly, and I'm more than willing to create positive relationships with everyone around me.
Currently working part time and also studying commerce. Ive lived in a share house before so know how to respect other peoples space but all always up for a chat. Preferably wanting to live with females.
Hey! I'm Alex...from Perth...easy going, like a laugh and a bit of fun. I work as an Uber driver while in Perth (so irregular hours) and have a professional background. I have a social life and I like social clubs. Not looking for a party house, but not looking for a house with no character. A place to park my car would be great too :)
Hey! I'm Kate, 27, Australian female and looking for some fun and interesting housemates to share a place with. I am a friendly and outgoing person working in a full time marketing position during the week and enjoy catching up with friends on the weekends. I would enjoy sharing a place with social people and I am also fine to have a bit of down time to myself. Let me know if you would be interested to meet and see if I would be a good match for your place. Look forward to meeting you!
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness.
Musician, part time worker looking for someone to team up with and grab a 2 bedroom/3 bedroom house or unit. Ideally would only like to share a place with one other person. Like minded creatives would be cool but open to anyone with a chilled vibe. As I'm a musician my downfall is that I come with lots of equipment. But the only thing that will be in communal spaces will be an upright piano which will probably have to go in the living room if my room isn't big enough. There are some great places in Mount Lawley and North Perth for under 350 per week.
We're a Colombian couple, we're a tidy and clean, we dont like party animals but we like to share a dinner with friends and chat.
I'm a writer in my spare time, so I'm relatively placid. I don't drink/smoke/do drugs. I like a tidy and happy home and I'm known to be very generous. I'll happily cook for everyone a few times a week. I do have a dog, he's an 1 year old border collie. Fairly small and very easy going around the house and when I'm not working or writing I'm going on adventures with him. I'm looking for a pet friendly place of course. I mostly keep to myself but I'm happy to have a movie night with house mates. I just got back to perth after 2 years working up North so I'm still adapting but ultimately happy to be back! I work full time in the cbd and drink a lot of coffee to keep up so having me as a house mate also comes with a Nespresso machine and free coffee if you like coffee. I'm in no rush to move, more interested in finding the perfect place for us.
I am 26 years old, studying early childhood education full time. I work in hospitality and do babysitting for a family during the week. I am originally from South Africa, and have been living in Perth for 8 years. I like to keep active but also love to chill out. Very easy going, enjoy having a laugh and being social. I am neat and tidy and take pride belongings.
Easy going busy professional who leads a busy life. I work long hours, and have an active social life so I don't spend massive amounts of time at home. I am outgoing and friendly and always enjoy other's company.
Hey! I'm 21 years old and I am dance teacher. I've just returned to Perth after living in Budapest for 18 months. I worked in a hostel there so I like to think my people skills are pretty good, I have no issues living with guys and I get along with most people. I really like a tidy house so you won't have to worry about mess and I work quite a lot so I won't just be bumming around the house. I really enjoying cooking and being in a social environment. I'm a big beach goer and I'm always up for a drink or two either just staying in or going to the pub... but I am not a clubber so you wouldn't have to worry about crazy pres or kickons. I am always up for a laugh and I am super easy going.
Im a very quiet 48 year old on a disability pension! I mostly keep to myself! Im definitely not a party animal type! I love animals esp cats! Looking to share with honest down to earth person! I love AFL ,MLB and other sports!
Looking for a room! ABOUT ME Open & warm. Peaceful/quiet. Unabashed introvert. Book worm. Full-time professional. Student. Triple J fiend. Fitness dabbler. Romancer of foods. Lover of doggies. Mild clean freak. Homebody/chiller. No parties. Seeking a place to call home. ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Ideally my own ensuite but not entirely essential. Secure parking, but again, not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. Some storage space available would be good, as I will be hauling the following along with me: 1 x double bed 1 x chest of drawers 1 x small bedside table 1 x IKEA clothes rack 1 x bicycle 1 x 6 seater dining table – the table is actually dismantled and really easy to store, it takes up very little room. The chairs however can’t be dismantled but I have them cleverly stacked onto each other and they don’t take up much space either. Lastly, I have an array of kitchen items which I can either unpack and use with you, or if you prefer to keep your kitchen as is I can just keep them in their plastic Red Dot storage containers (got about 2-3 containers full). It sounds like a lot after I type it out but it’s really not! My max rent would be $140 a week (ideally less than this though!) - or $150 a week inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings.
