I’m clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces, and I always clean up after myself. I’m reliable with rent and bills — everything is paid on time without any hassle. I’m easygoing and drama-free, and I think good communication is key to a solid house dynamic.
I respect people’s space and downtime, but I’m also social and happy to have a chat or a few drinks on the weekend. I’m practical and handy as well, so if anything small needs fixing around the house, I’m usually able to sort it.
