I’m 52 yrs old no smoker and I’m very quiet and I don’t have visitors. I really just need a place to sleep as I’ve just brought a Prime Mover and trailer for a contract in Kwinana. I’m good with house maintenance things. And happy to help fix anything at no cost. I have a 9 yr old Daughter who lives with her mum in Morley, I spend most of my free time with my Daughter.
