I’m relocating from Melbourne to the Gold Coast for a permanent full-time role starting in late February. I’m looking for a peaceful and tidy place to stay, ideally with housemates who value a similar lifestyle.

A bit about me: I’m clean, organized, and very responsible when it comes to shared spaces. I’m not a party person and I prefer a quiet, regular routine due to my work schedule. I’m very respectful of others' privacy and personal space, and I’m looking for a household that feels like a calm sanctuary after a long day at work.

Quiet Environment: A place where people respect normal sleeping hours during the week.

Tidy & Clean: Housemates who are happy to keep the common areas neat.

Healthy Living: Strictly non-smoking and drug-free.

Boundaries: I prefer a home where shared space is respected and not frequently occupied by unannounced guests or partners.
