I work with young children, and value diversity and life experience.
I've travelled a lot and lived overseas, so I respect a comfortable home as a haven.
I'm looking to rent in or near the Yarra Valley as I work there, and I would only live with one other person but ideally in a granny or one-bed/studio as I have a cat.
I'm looking for a place with an ensuite for a bit more space and somewhere outside (yard or deck) I can put a portable "catio" so she can get some fresh air and watch the birdlife.
