I am a 38 year old female, studying for a Phd with the University of Adelaide. My research office is located in the North Adelaide area. I am looking for a private room preferrably with a private bathroom, for 6 months. A place close to North Adelaide would be great for me. My budget is 350/week, with bills included.
I am quiet and clean. My PhD is full time and so I will mostly be very busy with that.
