Hi potential housemate!

I've maintained a house and yard for 4 years and looking to let go of some of those spaces I don't really need anymore. I have lived with housemates and respect the common areas shared - pick up after yourself, be mindful and do your bit to maintain the house.

I work for a cleaning agency and work most days of the week. Weekends can be a scoot to the beach or park, maybe some cooking, changing my bedsheets and a movie or series.

I have a black and white cat Moe, he's almost 6 now. Usually just naps or looks out the windows or follows me around.

I'm looking for a room with an ensuite with a minimum of 6 months to 12.
