Hi im applying for this property for myself and my son. We are currently renting in donnybrook how ever it is too far from family and friends. Its also a town house i prefer single story. We have been renting the current property for over a year, never had issues with anything or anyone. Our contract has just finished. We are ready to move in anytime.
