I’m 25, an ex military member now working full-time as an electrical apprentice, so I’m out most weekdays and keep a pretty steady routine. I’m clean, respectful, pay rent on time, and easy to live with. Not a party house person but happy to have a chat, watch a show, or share a beer after work.
I don’t mind social housemates but also respect personal space. I keep common areas tidy and pull my weight around the house.
