Hi, I’m Brett — an entrepreneur and business owner operating across New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore. I run a specialist software services firm that supports clients globally, and I’m increasingly focusing on Australia as a key growth market for the business.

Sydney, particularly the CBD, is strategically important for us. I already have team members based there, and I’ll be spending more time in-market meeting clients, partners, and prospects as we expand. Rather than relying on hotels, I’m looking for a consistent, comfortable base that I can use when travelling.

I won’t be in the apartment full-time — my trips will generally revolve around meetings and structured work commitments — so you can expect someone professional, respectful, and largely self-sufficient. I value a clean, calm environment and clear communication.

Ideally, I’m looking for a mature, responsible flatmate who appreciates a professional household dynamic. Reliability and mutual respect are important to me, particularly as I’ll be travelling between Sydney and Auckland regularly.
