My name is Helen, I am currently in NSW and will start working at Ipswich Hospital on April 6. As it is difficult for me to attend an in-person inspection, I was wondering if it would be possible to view the property through a video call or an online inspection. If possible, I would like to rent the room for one month initially. If everything works well, I would be happy to sign a longer lease afterwards. As I have just graduated and am starting a new job, I would also appreciate it if there is any flexibility on the rent.
If possible, I would also like to speak with a current tenant to better understand the house and living environment. I can also provide my current landlord’s contact details if you need a reference.
