I’m currently looking for a room in Ipswich or nearby suburbs, ideally within walking distance of a train station or with convenient public transport to work. I do have car, but not good at driving.
I’m flexible with the location and can consider places around Ipswich, East Ipswich, Booval, Goodna, Redbank, or nearby areas.
My budget is around $250–280 per week, depending on the room and what’s included.
I’m not in a rush to move, as I need to give my current landlord one month’s notice once I confirm a new place.
A little about me: I’m clean, quiet and respectful, and I really value a peaceful and comfortable living environment. I don’t have pet.
