About me:
Hi everyone! I'm Jose Antonio Ortega. I'm arriving in Sydney next week from New Zealand and looking for a great place to call home. I work in the coffee industry (barista) and fitness, which means I usually have early starts and keep a healthy, active lifestyle.
Living with me:
I consider myself the perfect balance as a flatmate. I’m super sociable and always down for a chat, a coffee, or sharing a beer/dinner after a long day. However, I also completely respect personal space, closed doors, and downtime. I easily adapt to the vibe of the house.
I am incredibly tidy and clean (especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom) and I always pay rent and bills strictly on time. I have a solid savings backup, so finances are never an issue.
What I'm looking for:
A friendly, stress-free household. I'd love to live with English speakers to fully immerse myself in the Aussie lifestyle and practice the language.
I'm currently in NZ but fully available for a quick WhatsApp video call to meet you, or I can come for an in-person inspection the exact day I land next week.
