Hi, looking for a quiet non party house with a rental agreement and lodged bond. I'm 45, quiet, extremely respectful and clean, no children, no pets, no bad habits. I'm sick of nightmare renting situations with no security so the rental agreement and officially lodged bond are absolutely necessary. I'm looking to move in asap. I have respectful consideration towards conduct and housekeeping and like to stick to myself.
I have only put 3 months because seriously the traumatic experience so far with rentals is a nightmare. Would definitely consider longer for the right place no question.
