Hi, looking for a quiet non party house with a rental agreement and lodged bond. I'm 45, quiet, extremely respectful and clean, no children no pets, no illicit substances non drinker and just moved to the Redcliffe/Brisbane area. I'm sick of nightmare renting situations with no security so the rental agreement and officially lodged bond are absolutely necessary. I'm looking to move in asap. I have furniture and internet and other bills preferably included however not important either way. I am not interested in sharing if you think anything else regarding myself other than my payment and respectful consideration towards conduct and housekeeping is anything to do with anyone not paying my bills.
I have only put 3 months because seriously the traumatic experience so far with rentals is a nightmare. Would definitely consider longer for the right place no question.
