I'm a quiet, easy going 53 year old male. I have recently separated and am now looking for a place to settle down and call home.

I'm clean and tidy, don't smoke, don't drink and don't do any drugs. I'm self employed as a delivery driver. I don't have any rowdy friends and like to pretty much keep to myself and live a quiet simple life.

I'm ideally hoping to find a place where I can stay for at least 12 months as having to keep moving is incredibly hard in the current housing crisis.

I'm tech savvy and also quite handy, so I could also help out around the place with upkeep etc.

I'm really hoping to hear from anyone who is looking for a reliable, zero drama housemate.
