I’m Josh, 31 from Perth. Deciding to go for a 4600km drive to move back to the Sunshine Coast for a refresh and career change. I am currently looking for a long term room to rent in a household of like minded people.

About me
- I’m straight up, light hearted and trustworthy
- I live clean, drug free and haven’t drank in over 6 years (I don’t care if you drink or have a birthday bag just don’t be degenerate now)
- A Libra, a man of balance that likes active and quiet time
- Friendly towards pets
- Loves all kinds of music except Sexyy Redd type shit, mumble rap and drill 🤢
- Will obtain local employment once moved, already got UberEats/DoorDash accounts activated during the interim

Ideally looking for
- Long term stay in a stable environment
- Maroochydore / surrounding areas, open to other options if the space is right
- Car space / undercover secure parking readily available. Street parking is fine.
- Non party environment, however I don’t object to a social house environment going out for food, movie nights etc
- No annoying neighbours who listen to trash tier jump up DnB and use power tools at 11pm on a weeknight.

Financially speaking
- Happy to go on official lease 📋
- Expecting to pay $300 weekly, happy to negotiate up and down for the right room in the right place 💸
