🏡 Prefer: master room with ensuite + large wardrobe, studio, or granny flat but used to shared houses and so not a deal breaker

💰 Budget: $250–$350/week depending on setup and max $400 including all bills (higher if private and more than one room)

🚆 Ideally: within a 20 min from the airport to reach early morning flights and north west of the airport

✅ Like to share with other working professionals around 25–35 years old in mixed house

🚗 Share only one vehicle

🐕 Love pets but do not own any animals
