Hello. I'm Jake an Australian born citizen who moved to England when I was a child. I have since returned to start again in Perth. I have a full time job in the construction industry based in Perth, which comes with a vehicle. I'm looking to share a house / rooms with my cousin Charlie and his partner Lucy. Both have part time jobs currently. Charlie in construction and Lucy in catering. They are both on a 3 year working visa.
We have been renting an AirBnB together so use to family living, being clean and tidy and paying our rent on time. We are all enthusiastic professionals just trying to get started in the Perth housing market! We are looking for at least 3 month and probably longer if possible. Furnished would be preferable as we have not purchased any furniture as yet.
We enjoy quiet nights in, meals out and a few drinks at weekends if we are not working. Thank you for your consideration.
