Hi! I’m 30 and work full time as a health professional in Caloundra (Mon–Fri). I’m looking to team up with someone to apply for a place anywhere along the coast between Caloundra and Mooloolaba, ideally moving in late March/early April.

I’m hoping to find a 3 bed, 2 bath place and turn the third bedroom into a shared office/second living space — perfect if you WFH occasionally or like having a bit of extra room. Budget-wise, I’m looking for someone comfortable in the $350–$450 per week range.

I have a whole house worth of furniture (living, dining, kitchen etc.), so you’d just need to furnish your own bedroom.

I live a pretty quiet life — I love pottery and spend a lot of weekends at the studio. Home is definitely my calm space. I have two cats who are friendly and well-behaved (but not overly affectionate or in-your-face).

Ideally looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing who’s keen to create a relaxed, comfortable home together 😊
