Hi, my name is Lotem, I’m originally from Israel and currently living in Perth.
I work as a mechanical tradesman with experience in CNC machining, mechanical fitting and industrial maintenance. I’ve worked in engineering workshops and on farms here in WA, and I’m hardworking, practical and very tidy.
In my free time I like going to the gym, being outdoors, going to the beach, working on cars and learning new skills. I’m pretty easygoing, respectful and not a big party person. I enjoy a calm and clean home environment.
I’m looking for a long-term place to stay in Perth, preferably in a quiet and friendly house. I value cleanliness, mutual respect and good communication. I’m financially stable and always pay rent on time.
