Hey, I’m Ash. I work full-time and keep a pretty structured routine - gym lover and early riser. I’m clean, respectful, easy to live with and appreciate a calm, tidy home.

I’m open to taking over someone’s lease or finding a place solo, but would also love to connect with others who are house-hunting too. I reckon you can usually get a much nicer place if 2–3 of us team up and move in together.

I’m reliable with rent, big on open communication, and pretty low-maintenance as a housemate.

I also have a black and white Bernedoodle named Aries who’s my whole world - very sweet, well trained and loves being close to me (so the dog comes with obviously 🐶).
