I am a 43-year-old electrician currently going through a separation and am seeking a quiet, well-maintained place to live.

I have been living in a flat share for the past two months; however, the location has unfortunately made it difficult to properly manage and support my children’s needs. Because of this, I am now looking for accommodation around the Belmont and Carindale areas to be closer and more accessible for them.

I have two young children, aged three and five, and I was their primary carer throughout their infant and toddler years. Because of this, my schedule can occasionally vary depending on parenting responsibilities. My children would not be staying at the property, although there may be some evenings where I return late or stay at my wife’s home while caring for them.

I take a great deal of pride in keeping a clean, tidy, and respectful home environment. Being an electrician by trade, I am also very practical and capable of maintaining and fixing most household issues when needed.

I currently have a storage unit, so I would only be bringing a modest amount of belongings with me.

Outside of work and parenting, I’m fairly quiet and easygoing. I enjoy keeping active and spending time with my kids. I’m respectful of other people’s space, clean up after myself, and generally keep to a relaxed routine. Being an electrician, I’m also handy to have around the house and happy to help out with small maintenance issues if required.
