I’m a friendly and easy-going working professional & dad to a fun 4-year-old. Looking for a single occupancy private room in a house/flat, as I settle down in the City. My work will be around Blacktown area, I'm an Electrical engineer by profession. Im looking for any place along the western train line ( Harris Park - Penrith) and walking distance (<1KM) from the train station. I respect others’ privacy, value shared spaces, and like to keep things neat and tidy, and comfortable for all. Length of stay would be 2months and then would either extend or move out, depending on the host convenience, as my family would be moving here.
