Sazdik and Shahla Safwat

My name is Sazdik Ahmed, and I am relocating to Launceston with my family due to our academic commitments. My wife is a full-time PhD scholar at the University of Tasmania (Inveresk Campus), and I am a scholarship holder and PhD researcher at RMIT University. As scholarship recipients, we have stable and reliable financial support, and we are committed to meeting all rental payments on time.

We are a small family of four: my wife and I, along with our 4-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter. We are responsible, respectful, and maintain a quiet lifestyle. As academics, we spend most of our time focused on research and study, and we take great care in keeping our living environment clean and well maintained.

We plan to stay in Launceston for approximately four years due to my wife’s PhD program and are therefore seeking a long-term lease. We would value the opportunity to look after the property as if it were our own home.
