I am 25 yrs old from New York, United State. Currently living at Waratah West, although would like to move in or around Newcastle City, Cooks Hill, Honeysuckle, Hamilton South, King St, Hunter St, Newcastle east or nearby surrounding areas. My budget is under $300 per week, ideally including all utilities. I want to start my new lease from August first week, 2026.

Preferably want cleaning service at the apartment on a weekly or biweekly basis.

A little about me: I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and easygoing. I’m currently pursuing my second master’s and I’m originally from New York. I am vegan/ vegetarian, happy to share home with any diet and I am an early riser.

I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay, preferably in the areas shown on the map I’ve attached.
